He exceeded all my expectations and is extremely knowledgeable, he answered my 1000 questions with confidence and you can tell he cares and he takes the time to make sure you understand every little detail. Larry Crandall unfortunately supports the abuse, and marginalization of clients who are on the fringe. Sadly hiding behind bad customer service, a bigoted approach to people, and discrimination, I’m saddened to have experienced that grant Thornton is more into doing what is easiest for the,, and not looking to address hard issues, not encourage antiquated tropes, and live in 2022.Blair and his staff unfortunately are struggling with the firms technology, and poor training snd no desire for a sportive customer service experience.For anyone looking for a non biased, non bigoted, non phobic private sector firm I would encourage you to look elsewhere. I cannot say for a fact that my experience captured all employees there but the partner Larry made it clear his position on marginalized people and minorities.It is businesses like this in 2022 why we w still see so much hate in the world.

The only thing I regret is not calling them sooner.The professionalism of our agent was remarkable. After examining our financial situation, he made us quickly realize that proceeding with a proposal was the best thing to do in our situation.The amount of stress that was lifted off our backs was enormous. No more sleepless nights trying to figure out how to pay off that overwhelming debt. The phone calls from CRA and all our creditors ceased almost immediately.
