Fantastic customer service from booking the initial appointment and going through all the details in the initial consultation with the Dr. Once my plan was ready the appointment for my first set of treatment was fantastic, great attention to detail and everything explained very clear.

Enjoyed my time here. The hygienist (Rachel) is so on the ball and accommodating. If I ever have to get braces again (which I wont because of Stratford Ortho and I wear my retainers), I'd go there again.

Since my daughter has started treatment at Stratford Orthodontics and the attention to detail and care for a patient are beyond expectations!Always so cheerful and helpful! My daughter has had a great experience everytime! The patience, care and kindness experience has made the transition to braces so much easier! Amazing office, you can tell it is well managed, from the moment you walk in the door you feel like family. Front desk staff remember everyone by name, the team in the clinic is very friendly and welcoming too. You can tell the doctors really care about their patients, they are genuinely nice people. Stratford is lucky to have such great Orthodontists!

i started my braces treatment in july i believe. tiffany worked on my teeth today! she was absolutely amazing and kind. everyone on this team is lovely and i have nothing bad to say at all. you get the whole package with this place. not to mention after having my teeth worked on there’s complimentary lip balm! (my favourite) and it’s a friendly place for all ages, child to adult, everyone is welcomed by the best hands and the best team here.

Extremely Happy Customer! My journey with Stratford Orthodontist start to finish has been amazing. From walking in the building always being greet with a friendly face, to each of the staff members along the way and to Dr Anderson, it has been such a wonderful experience. Being in my 30s I was nervous about getting Invisalign but I can only speak positive things about them. If you are on the fence think no longer, it’s the right decision trust me.

My son got his braces on back in July 2022. The whole team at Stratford ortho are so professional and friendly. They are always on time with everything. I love that they take the time to sit and go through literally everything with you and will not ever hesitate to answer any questions. They are quick to get you in if you need something fixed on your braces too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

From the initial consultation right through until the final appointment of my Invisalign treatment plan, I received excellent care at Stratford Orthodontics! The staff are professional, friendly and very respectful of each client’s individual needs. They take the time to explain the process at each appointment. Drs. Anderson and Redigonda are THE BEST; they strive to give each person the most positive experience during treatment, resulting in a beautiful smile! The office is a bright, cheerful space with personal touches that make it comfortable for clients of all ages.
