Cheap overseas toys, definitely some knock offs, like cheap version of transformers.

The absolute worst experience i have ever had with customer service. Ordered a ferrari ride on for my sons birthday online. Upon receiving the product i opened it to inspect it and had paint peeling on the one body panel. I sent an email to the info" email provided on the website within policy rules and have been trying to call the store for 6 days now multiple times a day and continually goes to voicemail. They DO NOT stand behind their products and the two times i have been able to get in contact with someone from the store they say its out of their hands. I have not even received one email reply to the email i sent stating the damage with picture proof. Once they have your money they dont care about any issue you have with the product! I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from here. I now see most of the reviews are fake which is a huge red flag. Learn from my mistake. Do not shop here!"

I have had a bad experience with this store. I purchased a pink BMW and a red Lambo. They were VERY responsive when it involved me purchasing the two cars. Now that BOTH cars have issues, they are ignoring calls, emails and chat messages. I have given plenty of time, and I am not sure what to do about it. It is bad customer service. Their website indicates that there is a one year warranty, parts are available and the battery is covered for 6 months. This is just NOT TRUE because they refuse to get back to you. Too bad really. I'm just hoping my review warns other buyers that the products area faulty and they do not stand by their promises for repair and returns.

Best place to go to for inexpensive toys and other services. Robbie is great to his customers. Especial mention about Kathleen, the employee there who is very polite and goes above and beyond your expectation to provide the best service to anyone who visits the store. She is quick in understanding the issue and providing remedy. Thank you Kathleen-- you are an asset to the team. Highly recommend this store.

Purchased a ride on car toy with remote for our son's birthday expecting a good deal, even got a discount. We received a defective product. Only got one response after informing the store of the defect. No response after several follow-up e-mails to get the problem resolved. Purchase at your own risk.

Amazing service and experience. I bought two electric cars from here - one for my son and one for my niece. Price was very competitive (but it was a replica) and the staff even delivered the package locally. When a part was missing, they found it and hand-delivered it the next day! I love the Facebook Messenger responsiveness of the customer support team, as well. Fast and efficient answers.

I have 2 IPTV accounts that I have through this store. Whenever possible I deal with Kathleen. She is pleasant and very knowledgable. Problems are solved quickly when she handles them and I have no doubt that she follows up on outstanding items. Of all the people I have dealt with at this location she is the best by far. A great asset for this retailer.

sunday supposed to open at 12. waited outside the store for 15 mins. waved at the guy inside the store. he saw me. called to ask the time he ll open . he didnt answer.

On June 10th,2023 I took my grandson to the store to pick a toy of his choice. When we got to the counter I ask the guy if he can open the box as I wanted to ensure the items is working. He said he cannot do that and I can return the item if it does not work.(I have shop there many times and the other sales person actually open the box to show me the item works).That being said I decided to let my grandson choose a different item which was in a clear package. We proceeded to the counter to pay and the guy pretended to be doing something under the counter. I stood there for a few minutes and he did not attempt to help us.I left the store and my grandson who is 4 years old ask why we could my purchase the item he choose. I told him we will go to a store that provides good customer service.(he was upset because he like the toy he choose)We actually went to home hardware and purchase a nice toy for him.Going forward I will not support this store because of my experience today.He lost a sale and a customer.
