Just received our new home from Jandel! They have been so helpful throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Jordan, Kelsey, Nikki, and the rest of the team are so easy to deal with and always super responsive. They have made buying our first home such a great experience. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been looking for a home to put on our property for some time now. We decided to go with Jandel Homes modular home after some thought. The market for prefabs was in a bad state. It would take over a year before the start of construction so we went modular. A really good decision on our part. From the get go we were treated very good by all the staff we came into contact with. Jason Iverson was our main contact and he made us feel secure and confident in our decision to go modular.We overcame some major hurdles and the home was delivered on time. The workers associated with landing the home on our property were very professional and polite and very skilled with their tasks.The person assigned to fixing deficiencies turned out to be my long lost cousin who I haven't seen since grade school. It might sound a little bias but he had a wonderful work ethic and he too had a strong knowledge of his tasks.Thank you Jandel for our new home and thanks to all your personnel and contractors for making this somewhat a pleasurable experience.

Being a first time Modular buyer there were many companies to choose from but Jandel Homes is were we finally decided to invest in our nest egg.With an extensive background in Marketing & Sales I am hard to impress and can smell a hard sell from a mile away but the entire experience from the first time (2 years ago) we visited Jandel to the final purchase day was inviting and pleasant for all.All staff - from the initial phone call made to the receptionist to the several meetings with the sales team - are very friendly and helpful.Jandel Homes does not just sell houses, they provide families with homes.If you are in the market for a new home or even just thinking about the possibility, Jandel Homes will grant you with the information necessary to make confident and informed decisions along the way.Ask for Don and you will see why he has so many awards regarding customer service.Thank you Don and the Jandel family for all your help!

We recently purchased a Modular Home from Jandel Homes in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The staff were so helpful, from the receptionist to the sales staff and manager to the crew that set-up and/or inspected the site, all of them were professional and very knowledgeable of the process. What a great group, they were available to help with any questions or concerns we had during this project. As they have been through this process many times they have extensive knowledge of every aspect of the build. As you progress through the process the staff stays in contact with you making sure everything is properly prepared and you are ready for the big day.During the actual move you will see how professional they are at Jandel Homes as the move went without a hitch. During the completion phase, very professional trades prepare your home with the final touches. All the trades were professional and did exemplary work.Now that we have lived in our home for awhile we clearly see what a great choice we made. The home is not only beautiful but very energy efficient which has made us very happy.

We recently purchased the Pinnacle show home.. Dealt with Don Hunt who was absolutely great to deal with. We moved in Mid November and my husband and I are very pleased with the quality of the home.. Also walk through's and dealing with the other members of Jandel has been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jandel Homes.

We purchased our home two years ago and love our home even more now than the day it was delivered. Colin helped us through the process of custom ordering and the timeline was exactly as said. The past two years in our home have been excellent, no problems with anything and if I have had a question or concern they are always happy to help. If you are thinking of purchasing a home from Jandel you will be very happy with the customer service, the delivery, and most importantly the home you have!!

Our home journey with Jandel was amazing! We investigated multiple manufacturers and circled back to Jandel each time. The customer service and quality were a few of the things that brought us back to the Acheson location. Jordan was very patient and accommodating as we looked at different floor plans. Every change we made was never an inconvenience for him. The delivery of our home was seamless. We are beyond happy with the finished product and are in love with our home. We would highly recommend Jandel and Jordan!

We have had nothing but a complete run around since the moment we purchased our home from Jandel Homes out of Acheson, the customer service end of the company is a complete joke, no one takes responsibility always playing the blame game its exhausting and frustrating!I would not recommend them at all there customer service has been absolutely horrible, they are impossible to deal with we just got our home delivered in December and have had nothing but issues since with the warranty end of things! And we have learnt of other people having similar issues with them wish we would of known ahead of time!!They are not even worth the one star review but there was no option to give them no stars! - As soon as the cheque was signed they have been a nightmare to deal with.We are now going to be looking into legal action to get the things on our home dealt with, we have had to contact the factory directly only to find out that Jandel Homes has been lying to us about receiving parts etc Triple M housing and so far they been great to deal with.We get told we live to far away and it's an inconvenience for service calls ( we are approx 2.5 hours away from there office), funny how it wasn't an inconvenience when we were buying the home but once the cheque was signed it's an inconvenience!I would highly recommend people stay clear and save themselves the headache!!

Working Dan Hill at Jandel Homes was such a great experience. He answered all our questions talked to us about pros and cons with all aspects of the modular home. He walked me through picking colors over email texting and in person it was so much fun being able to have a say and have someone assist us so thoroughly and then once everything was selected and orders were off to the factory Dan kept in contact and posted on their progress. We now have our new forever home and it looks amazing. Cant wait to move our family of 10 into our new home. Thank you Dan Hill and staff at Jendell Homes .
