We have been here twice in 2 weeks now. One of the friendliest clinics I've ever been in. Front staff are welcoming and we seen 2 different doctors and both of them were so amazing. I was leary on coming here after reading all the negative reviews but the experience we had didn't even seem like the reviews were speaking of the same clinic. The wait time wasn't terrible, definitely way worse at an actual medicentre.Definitely will come back in the future when we are in need.

WARNING- DO NOT GO HERE. What a farce of a medical clinic. they need to update their website mission statement. front he reception staff to the doctors, they hope to Degrade, Insult and Belittle the patient until you leave, but not before they bill the province for their time.Just today, I called in advance to see if they were taking walk in patients and they said yes. I must have gotten there just in time as i watched 3 people after me get turned away. I see the Dr and he says I don't look ill. Do I need to be on the ground writhing in pain for you to believe me? Asked for a referral, said nope. Asked for any prescription to help the pain, said nope. Asked to discuss more, and he just walked out. He literally could not be bothered to help me figure out what's wrong, manage pain, give any suggestions, and he could not wait to get me out the door. this is what he's being paid for?! He did ZERO things and spent no more then 2 minutes with me. he does not deserve to be paid for this.Save yourself time and DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC EVER. You will just have to go to another clinic to see a real doctor anyway so just skip this trip.

I phoned during the day to confirm hours and how late they accepted walk ins. The front staff told me they accepted walk ins up to 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:20 and was denied service. I explained that I was only in to get a prescription written that I regularly get from the clinic. This didn’t help at all. Very disappointed

It's so hard to find walk-in clinics these days. This Medical centre was not only taking walk-in new clients but on a Sunday afternoon! In fact they are open 7-days a week which is almost unheard of these days in Edmonton. I was told it would be about an hour or more wait which I was okay with. I was just so grateful to find a clinic that would take me in. I don't recall the doctor's name that treated me but she was an Afro-American lady with a great personality. I hope I can be lucky enough to see her on my next visit there.

I was nervous about going here after reading the reviews but I had a great experience at this clinic! I was a walk-in on a Monday morning. The front end staff were really sweet, there was not a long wait to see a doctor. Start to finish it was about an hour and 15 minutes. The Doctor I saw ( I wish I grabbed her name ) was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I'm grateful for this clinic because there aren't too many in this area that accept non-patients. Would recommend.

Have been there twice for my grandson. These two times were walk-ins. We had to wait for 45 mins to an hour which I think is reasonable for just walking in. Staff was pleasant, Dr was thorough and very helpful. Didn’t have any issues the two times we were there. I would definitely go back.

This is the worst possible medical clinic to go to, just because the front desk receptionst are not capable of doing quite frankly anything.Dr.Shabani is a awesome doctor & has been my family doctor since I was born, but sadly I will be looking for a new family doctor as I cannot stand the receptionst. I will call them asking to book an appointment, which the answer is always straight up no too booked

Please do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. They lost my throat swab twice and could not have cared less that they left me without proper medical treatment for over 2 weeks. I asked for the owner to call me and they couldn’t be bothered. I am filing a malpractice claim through ahs. Hopefully this review saves someone the trouble of wasting their time going to this clinic.

1 star is too much for this place. Front desk staff has no respect for their patients and shows no empathy or understanding in any way. It's almost like they do not care for your worries and pain. They are not trained properly and they seen to communicate well only in their dialect. I do not want to point fingers by calling out the names, but it seems like I'm not the only one that has had a hard time at this clinic.

When they opened at 9am I was 6th in line waiting. Had no issues. Was already seated in Dr's.exam room within half an hour. Dr. Dealt with my issue and was on my way before 10am.
