Austin has been Fantastic to work with. A Network issue with my ISP prompted a hard reset on some Smart devices. Austin went above & beyond to restore connection. Very Professional and responsive.

The branch of Connect security Ortus Security" was a extremely poor choice. I had gone through a separation with my significant other and dealt with all the financials through a lawyer. 1 year after splitting up Ortus phoned me because she had forgot to cancel her bill for the home security system and was preforming a charge back. I relayed my lawyers views to a member of the Ortus collections team and they persisted to harass me for her unpaid bill. After many threats of sending this to collections and pursuing me financially they informed me that they would not let me cancel and would create a "Perpetual bill" if I did not pay them a slightly discounted rate in full. Not only do I regret letting my significant other at the time sign up for the "Free trial" I regret not pursuing legal action further."

I cant thank them enough for fixing our door lock. We moved in to our Brookfield home back in 2019 with the smart lock installed in our main door. Fast forward to 2022 and lock just stopped working and we cant access the keypad. We tried everything to fix it from replacing the batteries to resetting the lock but to no avail. We also contacted Yale customer service to see if they can replace it with new one but they are not very helpful at all. They said the lock is out of warranty after 3 yrs. What are the odds! so my husband reached out to these guys and they came, repaired and much to our surprised they replaced it with the new lock (without any fee!) We are beyond grateful for their service and no doubt would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you again Ortus Security & Automation Inc.

Austin and Wayne have been great to deal with when ever I’ve had to ever since I took possession of my house over 5 years ago. I made the dumb mistake of switching over to TELUS to try their service and after a week of getting no where on the install, I canceled my service with them and went right back to Ortus. Should have never left but they were great to me and went above and beyond to get me back up and running again.I’ve been extremely lucky that they’ve been good to me and their service has been great throughout. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Ortus Security & Automation. I built a new home and wanted to add an alarm, home automation (google home), and multiple TV setups.I dealt with Austin and sat down with him on a few different occasions and threw out my ideas of what I wanted to accomplish and was looking for. He did a great job listening and giving me other ideas with other jobs they have done. Things he didn't know he was able to get the answer in a timely matter.When it came to installation Austin and Wayne come out and worked their magic of putting it together and making my new home come to life.
