I made an appointment with an optometrist since I had been procrastinating for about 15 years. The office itself was very big and welcoming. I met with Dr. Dhott and he was very personable and helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely go back.

This was my first time at Sullivan Optometry and I was very satisfied. I had a regular eye exam by Dr. Priya and she was great to work with. She took the time to explain what all of the different tests were for. Additionally, I never felt pressured for the last part of the testing... when you have to read the letters and pick which one is easier to read. Thank you for your patience Dr. Priya, and also thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and support over the phone. Highly recommend!

Dr. Moison and his whole staff have been providing me and my family with exceptional service for the last 7 years. Just recently I was having an issue with my new glasses, and everyone at Sullivan Optometry went well above and beyond their role to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my glasses. I will never forget the exceptional service and care they have provided.Thank you so much!

I've been going to Sullivan Optometry for years along with my husband. We're very pleased with the exceptional service we've received from Dr. Marc and the rest of his staff. They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses, and we've always been successful finding something to suit our needs whenever we go. Highly recommend them!

A month ago we were at this clinic for diagnosis for my wife. We were told that my wife has got dry eyes. They started their treatment and charged us around 1000$. Unfortunately my wife's symptoms gotten worse after that. We recently moved to Surrey from New Westminster and went to this clinic due to the reviews and the short distance from our house. Eventually my wife went back to her old eye clinic at New west Burnaby (Omni Eye & Vision burnaby) and were told that the previous clinic had charged us way too much plus started from the last stage of the treatment that could have had a huge impact on my wife's vision. We had been given a different prescription which has helped my wife much better. We absolutely dont recommend this clinic.

I visited Sullivan Optometry for the first time today and was very pleased! While I sat in the waiting room sipping my complimentary coffee I noticed that everyone who walked through the door was treated like family. The optometrist and receptionist knew who their clients were and engaged in genuine conversation with them. For my appointment I saw Dr. Anisa who was very sweet, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will be back for my next visit.

I was recommended to Dr Morison by the dry eye clinic in Abbotsford. I started seeing Dr Morison as was diagnosed with a dry eye condition by a specialist in Vancouver. When I met Dr Moison I was advised I had two eye conditions that needed treatment. Dry eyes condition can be very complicated to diagnose correctly. I found out the hard way I had been going from one doctor to another for almost a year before I was sent to the right place.I found Dr Marc Morison to be a very genuine and likeable person who was highly motivated to cure my eye condition. He explained what the treatment was going to involve and all the precautions I was to take while under treatment. As well, the costs were explained very clearly from the beginning. He was not willing to do the treatment unless he expected it to be beneficial. I was expecting an additional treatment but he said I did not need it.After six months of follow up I am happy to report my eyes have cleared up 90 percent and I can see clearly again. I will keep following up to make sure they don’t revert back to how they were. I know treatments can be hard and expensive however I recommend following through. Your eyes are worth your time and money. I had to travel from Vancouver to Surrey by bus to take the treatment but it was totally worth it.I would highly recommend Dr Moison to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.

Just wanted to say how great the team at Sullivan Optometry is. Always get such great service. We trust their advise and guidance with respect to our eyecare. The staff at Sullivan Optometry are very pleasant. We went to see Dr.Dhott today, to have my sons eyes checked. He truly was wonderful. He made my son feel completely at ease. He was nervous about the appointment, but the whole duration of when we were there he was very comfortable and happy. Dr. Dhott was also very thorough with explaining everything.We are very grateful to Sullivan Optometry for the fantastic service. Thank you!

Had an eye exam with Dr. Dhot today and the whole experience was fantastic! Very thorough and I felt that all my vision needs were addressed, the equipment used was state of the art. I would highly recommend Dr. Dhot and Sullivan Optometry!
