Personal training with Jensen has corrected my posture, strengthened a weak lower back and taught me proper form for lifting and pulling that I use everyday. His customized workout plans are challenging and he consistently adds new exercises to keep the routine interesting. If your looking for results I would highly recommend.

Jensen curated a 30 day isolation challenge. I am so happy I tried it out. I am more confident, my posture is certainly better. I am stronger, I'm more energetic, and I loved the accountability that came with his program. I did this for me, I am so happy I did, I am proud of myself. It certainly kick started a new way of life for me!! I cannot thank him enough. On to Phase II, and breaking more personal bests!

Since starting with Jensen 3 months ago he has completley changed the my approach training and fitness. As a 40 year old mother of 3, life in general took precidence over my fitness, which mostly focused on cardio as I wasn't comfortabe lifting weights or working out in a gym. He is extremely knowlegeable and each program is unique in order to meet your needs. I am stronger and more confident in my ability to work out effectively between sessions. I have more energy, sleeping better and am more consious of what I eat. Jensen is encouraging and pushes you out of your comfort zone, ensuring you are constantly working towards being a better version of yourself.

I recently signed up for a gym membership at a local fitness club. I have been wanting to take my fitness and health to the next level for the past few years but was not sure how or where to start. I decided to go the personal trainer route and the staff suggested Jensen.I am over the moon with the results so far after only 5 sessions. Jensen has taught me the importance of proper form, technique and nutrition. Jensen has given me the confidence and knowledge I have been looking for. I've gone from a gym newbie to a confident regular and am excited to continue my training!
