Starbucks

Love this Starbucks!They always take care to make sure my order is correct and the drive thru is always extremely pleasant.I love when you guys chat a little, talk about the weather and just generally make me happy first thing in the morning. It's such a difference compared to other drive thrus (tim Hortons to be exact) that make you just miserable and you feel like throwing your coffee back at the window. Not with this Starbucks. You guys are great ❤️❤️❤️

Loved the banana bread! Service was excellent even when I went up twice to ask for something..lol Seating was well spaced, tables clean. I must add the employees were a hard working crew! Lots of parking.

Ordered through the app for in-store pickup. I assumed it would be busy but it wasn't too bad. I did another order in store since I had a coupon. The lady at cash was great, and the barista he made both drinks on point. I honestly go to a lot of different Starbucks and I was very pleased with my orders. In store was very clean as well at the bathrooms.

First time at a Starbucks. Got pup cones for the dogs which they quite enjoyed. Our server at the drive through was lovely

Somehow they don't do the stars program, so the only one in town doesn't even let me use my stars. What's the point of spending so much money if I can't even earn or redeem points? Coffee was disgusting and had the old ashen taste. Staff were very friendly though.

The staff at this location is always so helpful and friendly! They always have a smile on their face and provide the best service

It hurts me to leave this review here because i know that my previous interactions at this location has been awesome. I ordered a pineapple refresher and the lady told me that they Didn’t have the pineapple fruity thing that normally goes in the drink but was ready to charge me 7.05 regardless that she didn’t have everything to make the drink. I told her that since she didn’t have the pineapple fruity to substitute with strawberry fruity. Which is only fair. She said no that she would have to charge me 50cents. Excuse me ma’am. You are willing to charge me full price when you claim not to have everything. But can’t substitute pineapple for strawberry. Makes no sense to me. Gave me a reason to quit Starbucks. I was becoming a Starbucks addict. I should rather say thank you to her for letting me save my 7.05$.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Hayle should never be allowed to serve customers. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes before closing, only to be told that I won't be able to order my items because they need to close. While being yelled at by other staff members because they are upset that they have a 6am shift the next day to be at. I spend hundreds of dollars there every week. Thanks for the horrible treatment great life lesson will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Wow, the Barista station is spotless!! I have rarely seen a Starbucks so well organized behind the counter. The team here seems to take great pride in their work.The merch here was seasonally up to date, and the patio was large and operating, with socially distanced tables and artful signs.

I’m not sure if this place knows what LIGHT ICE is. I have even been told before that for the new iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso that if I wanted light ice they wouldn’t be able to fill the cup up or they would have to charge me extra for more oat milk. The drink itself is already more expensive compared to drinks on the menu which use regular whole milk. I ordered something different but pretty comparable and asked for LIGHT ICE and of course I paid my extra 80 cents for my almond milk and yet this morning I still got an entire venti cup filled with ice. Top to bottom. I would think that a drink that costs me 7$ because of my dietary restrictions I would actually get a decent amount of milk. Any other Starbucks I have visited has never told me I’ll be charged extra for more milk if I wanted light ice for this specific drink. Whenever I do visit this particular Starbucks I never get a “hello how are you” or a “thank you have a nice day”. Makes the experience just feel cold and intimidating…Update:June 24/2022 out for a nice walk with husband and puppy and we go grab a drink. I walk in to look at the new cups, no one says hi or hello. Feel invisible for about 3 mins and again I know there are only two people behind the counter but I’m also the only customer in the store other than someone sitting down. A “hello, we will be right with you” would have been acceptable….Asked for light ice in both of my $6 beverages and again 3/4 of my cup is full of ice. For a drink that costs 6$ plus taxes I would appreciate more oat milk than ice. I didn’t pay for the ice.Tonight just solidified my decision to stay away from this Starbucks. Their prices are also more than other stores. Same drink in Barrie cost $5.95 but cost 6.25 here….
