Dr.Sanjay Bhatia Pediactric Clinic

First in person Appointment.Wow the lady on front Krush is the worst arrogant lady.. I never seen her anyone being a receiptionst at a Pediac clinic. So we are 15 min delay due to construction on RR25 holding 45 days old baby. We entered the clinic and first thing they said you are 15min late and you have to come next month. I am like what kind of business you are in?? We requested her to check with Dr and to surprise we got answer NO. How can you be called a pediatrician?? I am sure you are more into business that child care.I called th clinic over 30-40 min in last 6 monts and they never lift the call, when i tried to check in persion yhat lady mentioned they are busy. I can understand you are busy but not 365/24/7.Such a worthless clinic and i especially the receptionist.

If I was able to give Dr. Bhatia 12 out 10, I would. Dr. Bhatia goes over and above providing medical care for my son. He genuinely cares for my son and addresses all medical concerns in a compassionate and knowledgeable way. Dr. Bhatia always remembers finer details regarding my son's medical history and takes the time to ensure we have a thorough understanding of medications. This doctor deserves to be internationally recognized for his service. I cannot stress enough how amazing Dr. Bhatia is.

We have had a couple pediatricians for my medically complex daughter. Dr.Bhatia is by far the best. He is very kind and reliable. Whenever we need anything, we can always count on him (and his staff) to get it done in a timely manner. Another big bonus is that he does not insist on charging me for everything he signs (unlike our family doctor).

Dr. Bhatia saw my eldest daughter in 2020 for a medical concern that she had and he was extremely diligent, well-mannered, knowledgeable & helped us find the answers we needed. I believe I wrote him a 5 star review because he was phenomenal. HOWEVER, it saddens me to write a negative review under his name because of his secretary. My youngest daughter is 8 months old and we found something wrong with her (won't mention the issue here). I called Dr. Bhatia's office on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 panicking and asked the secretary if he would be able to see my daughter without a referral as my eldest daughter is one of his patients. After explaining my worries and what I found on my daughter, she explained that I would need a referral from my family physician. Later that afternoon, my family physician spoke with me and sent the referral immediately. Today is Monday, February 7, 2022 and after speaking with Dr. Bhatia's secretary on January 20th, I have left 3 voicemails asking if they received the referral and what the next steps would be and NO phone calls returned. I called my family doctor's office and they confirmed they did send the referral via fax. While on the phone with them, Dr. Bhatia's office called me back - the secretary said that Dr. Bhatia is no longer seeing patients with medical conditions - only with behavioural issues. Almost THREE WEEKS of anxious waiting so we can seek answers for my daughter's health & NOW she tells me that Dr. Bhatia won't even see my daughter. So, I called my family physicians office back to request a new referral to somebody else. Coincidentally, while on the phone with my doctor's office - the second secretary was on the phone with Dr. Bhatia's secretary about my daughter and the referral - when Dr. Bhatia's secretary was LAUGHING about the situation. I even heard my doctor's secretary say this is not funny. This is regarding a sick baby." I am baffled by this. Save your time

Best doctor I ever saw. Took a half hour with me to discuss my sons issue. Because of the time he spent with me, he put all my worries at ease, and gave me all the information I needed. No longer need to talk to shop. I wish I can see him for my son on a regular basis. He was so amazing and sincere. No question was too much or silly for him. He answered everything clearly. And gave a lot of information. I absolutely loved him. He seriously needs an award for how amazing he is.

Dr Bhatia is an excellent Pediatrician and a good human being. He takes time to listen to our problems and explains the root cause/solution in great detail. He is prompt in his follow-ups and genuinely cares of his patients. We had great results for both our daughters. I highly recommend Dr Bhatia to my friends.

Everything about this clinic is amazing! His staff is also an extension of his own values. He is so caring, listens to all your concerns, knows what to do to help the child. He is a rare gem in this Canadian system.Sometimes you have to wait because he is giving his utmost best to each and every patient he sees each and every time.With our complex medical history child, we are thankful each day for all who have been there for him through his ups and downs.

He is so good and very patience to hear the concerns of every patient and giving the treatment
