The first time there for a dog wash. The hair of my doodle is perfect after wash, so fluffy. Smells good too. However, the second time, the hair is cut to almost near skin and I can see the pink skin. There is no shampoo smell at all. I recommend the young lady before you book an appointment.

The lady that groomed my dog was seriously amazing. She was extremely gentle and caring as if it was her child. My dog came home happy, nonstressed and looked the cutest he has ever been. His paws and areas between pads are neatly trimmed, nails cut, and bathed. Ever since our old groomer place retired, we have been on the hunt for the perfect time grooming place and wagging tales is the one :) the store was small, items are tad pricey but the grooming area in the back was well kept. His cut was 55$. will definitely come back!

Amazing service! They gave us free samples and Annette (i hope we got it right) very knowledgeable! Very sweet lady! She gave us recommendations with food, toys and treat. She will also recommend local trainers and breeder! Would recommend this place for first time pet owners!

I would have given 0 star if possible. The lady who did the cut was not friendly at all. It was first time haircut for my cat so he was scared obviously. The lady started shaving him and in the middle she said she is scared that the cat will bite him and left the shave in between. Lady had no gloves or anything as a protection. The shave is uneven everywhere. No nails, ears cleaning nothing done, but they asked for full payment. I don't recommend them.

We gave this place a 2nd try. The first time, we asked for a specific cut with a reference picture shown and with only a glance, she said she couldn’t do it and shaved our puppy’s fur short. It took a few months to grow out the hair so we reminded her not to shave the 2nd time we dropped our puppy off. She was aggressive with our puppy and never replied to us when we talk to her, specifying what we wanted. This lady seems to have no passion in her job. We stayed to make sure the body was cut to the right length and also reminded her to clip all his nails before we left. The last time it wasn’t done. His nails are not fully clipped and he was not bathed; we were charged for it. Our puppy’s body was not cleaned up of the fur that was shaven off. We only return for the friendliness of the front end. I guess this would be our last time getting groomed.

My dog has been here twice for grooming and I’m not a very picky owner when it comes to his hair as I just get him shaved. The owner is super friendly and the groomer is great! The price is very reasonable for the size of my dog (90lb goldendoodle). I was going from multiple groomers before committing here and I’m glad I did!

Love this local pet shop! It’s always a pleasure stopping by to grab my dogs raw food from here! The owner is always so helpful.

Went there about two times, the first time was fine but the second time I clearly told the lady where my dogs small matts were and to just cut them off since it would be absolutely painful to brush them out. When I went to pick up my dog I saw that they hadn’t shaped his ears at all and the overall cut was poor quality. I asked her to shape the ears since it’s part of the cut and I discovered there was still a matt behind his ear that needed to be resolved. She took my dog and with fine comb started trying to comb out the matt and ended up ripping out the tangle all the while my dog was in obvious pain. I was so shocked that she would even dare to do that in front of me and just ended up leaving without saying anything.
