We are so grateful for Richard and all of his hard work during our home searching/buying process. He was patient as we often changed what we were looking for, and always made himself readily available to view homes with us and answer questions. What we appreciated the most was his transparency; he was always quick to point out flaws and possible issues in homes, and was very honest in what he thought a house was worth so that we would not overbid. We never felt pressured in any way and he's been a great help post-purchase as well. We're happy to call him a friend now too! My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Richard!

Lynnette has been an absolutely fabulous agent. We decided to go with Lynnette as my parents have bought all their properties with her, for good reason. She made the buying process easy, worked with our last minute scheduling (sent her a listing and we viewed and offered on the property that night) and was quick and easy to get a hold of for our many questions.
