Carter's - OshKosh B'gosh

Have great clothes for babies, toddlers and young kids. They are on the expensive side for sure but it’s good quality. Big parking lot outside, helpful and nice staff.

This will be my second time leaving a review on here. My review is the same as it was last time. Every time I walk in the store nobody says hi to m. no matter how many times I wander around looking for something, Nobody asks me if I need any help, nobody says anything to me, but if they need to move they’re very polite but they will not help you. when you get to the till they will gladly take your money very politely, but they don’t ask you if you found everything. They don’t ask you if you need anything else they just take your money. Ask if you need a bag and that’s it. I like your clothes I like their location, but it really makes me upset because I would like to spend more money if I could find what I was looking for but half the time I can’t. I’ve read some of the reviews and apparently it’s a pattern not only at this location but other ones as well. It’s a little disappointing.

Their clearance sale is just simply the best and unbeatable.

Worst place to buy clothes for kids when I went to return a T-shirt which was little bigger in size they ask me receipt when I gave them receipt they ask for another receipt…so I don’t have other but they located my purchase in system now they return my purchase with todays value which very less then what I paid when I bought it …

First time to visit here. The place is good but the store is too small..its hard to turn when your baby is in the stroller..and had a bad experience with the cashier..she didn't even thanked me for shopping with them and didn't even bother to say have a nice day!" Which I usually get everywhere i shop. Little bit disappointed with how i treated!"

Had a great experience. Came in to by a shirt for my son and was going to leave with the wrong size. Svetlana was working and and said I think your son will be too small for that shirt and needs the next size up. She could have just let me walk out but instead took the time to get us taken care of. Hands down would be back for service like that. Svetlana thank you.

They will match online sales, although depending on the employee helping you will matter as to how easy they will make it on you. One employee did it no problem for a girl ahead of me, by the time I was at the register the other employee made it so hard I just decided to leave and order online.

First time in this store. Waited 10 minutes for someone to notice me at the till. Finally walked over to sales lasy handed her the clothes I was going to buy and told her she just lost a sales. Worst baby clothing store I have been to. Will not be going back.
