I went there on Monday night may 1st 10.05 pm to pick up something quick and go to my night shift. I like their wrap it's filling, fresh, and moist. However, firstly the guy took my order and he was making fun of my accent with his coworkers. I ignored that. I don't speak the language but I did understand what they were saying and making derogatory comments. I picked up my food and left. when I took a bite, it was dry as the Sahara desert and there was literally no sauce, no toppings, though I ask for extra spice it taste so bland. In addition to that, the chicken inside the wrap was so cold and the wrap wasn't even toasted properly. if it's busy I understand they made a mistake but there were literally 2 customers and it wasn't even busy hour. it was disappointing so far and I understand it's a minimum-paid job but I am not expecting Michelin star service either. if you work in food chains or restaurants you're handling food and people paying a good amount of money for that. if you're not happy with your job or salary please find another industry or another profession because that's not ethically acceptable. I hope they would work on that but I definitely suggest customers check their food before leaving otherwise they might be disappointed when they go home and see the dry bland platter or wraps.

One of the best desi style shawarma places in town. Go with hot in spice option if you want to treat your taste buds or medium spicy option. Whatever options you pick up Its super flavourful!10/10 for packing, quality and quantity!

I've given osmows multiple chances at different locations, usually only because I've been hungry. Maybe one or two times their food has been just okay, other times it has been complete garbage. With the exception of getting your food from mcdonalds, almost anywhere else you can get food better than this. Very low quality. The people giving this company a good rating have either never tasted proper food or they are posting fake reviews for the company.

1 star for two reason:1. Almost all of the 5 star reviews are fake.2. The chicken they used was left over from the previous day and had a smell to it.There staff can be nicer and more attentive.All in all, I’m finding most osmows locations are low quality now adays. This one was also a huge disappointment.Not recommended

The amount of food was more than enough to feed 18people. We’ve got buckets of sauce. The manager was nice and helpful. The workers were fast and provided us with a really good service. The food was tasty indeed. 10 out of 10!

Ordered from here multiple times and my experience differs each time. This location is a hit or a miss... I guess it also depends who's making your food.They are usually very generous with their meat portions, but sometimes they do skimp or pile on the lettuce (c'mon, we all know most shawarma eaters just order for the meat and that's exactly why we order a shawarma!) & love their spice level optionsThere's hardly any place for sitting here and eating so the best option is to do a takeaway.They're usually friendly and efficient(read rushed). Previously what I've ordered has been good, and I've tried almost everything meat on their menu... And I'd recommend the Saj wrap among everything else.. but I guess with inflation they've also started making changes and reducing portions :( And please know Fattoush salad does include pita chips (that were missing in mine)No reason to not try this place out again.Pictured below : mixed meat (chicken +beef shawarma on Stix with 'fattoush' salad)P. S: pic is misleading.. they usually add more meatHoping they'd maintain their generous portions of meat in the shawarma.

This is what “chicken on the rocks” should taste like, Fresh and Juicy meat and fresh rice, and it was warm enough to enjoy. Just an excellent first time experience at this place, even 11:30 at night, the service was excellent. This location has just raise the bar for me.

DISHONEST SHOP (STAFF)So Sunday special is mixed osmow box.I asked for the special and the staff told me that the meat were sold out, only chicken was left. Then he charged me the ORIGINAL PRICE when I checked out. I NOTICED and told him about it and he fixed the price. The quantity he gave me was so less (comparing to another osmow shop I had before).
