Canco Gas station - Clement

This place and the people they employ are so, so amazing! They're always so kind, and I've seen them go the extra mile every single time I've ordered, and the experience is even better in store! The food is incredible, their ice cream selection is great, and they have the best candy, snacks and drinks! 10/10, probably my favorite place to order chicken and get snacks in town!

I started coming here about a month ago. Yesterday around 5 PM was my 3rd visit. I was very impressed that I was remembered and acknowledged by the young fellow working at the register. I have rarely seen a place nowadays where you are remembered and appreciated after 3 visits. Kudo's to the staff! The pop and energy drinks are ice cold here. They seem to usually have a deal on Rockstar and Coca-Cola. I was also hooked up with a points card by the fellow at the till, so I earn points with each purchase. I live 500 feet away, so I will be coming here a lot more often!

9 o'clock Saturday November 5th The inept female staff member behind or behind the front counter denied me the bathroom key Stating that the bathroom was out of order I pleaded with her to please make an exception as it was a bit of an emergency But no she just shook Her headI finished my shopping and went to the front counter to pay for my items when a gentleman approach the counter and asked if he may use the bathroom, in the exact same manner in which I did might I add, And to my surprise Without a word she granted him the key there were other customers in line that heard me ask for the key it didn't also saw her hand it over to another customer It was quite humiliating actually and It made me feel really really awful like there was something maybe wrong with me that I wasn't aware of I was a paying customer just as he was and I was was pleasantly groomed and dressed and there was absolutely read no reason for her judgment I for one will never be back ever. I hope the management team will handle this quite mean staff member accordingly and remind her that we all deserve to be treated fairly. In fact I do believe the company would be a whole lot better off without her as she made the whole experience unpleasant and was no friendlier to the customer in front of me or behind me. But it's OK don't worry I relieved myself in your car wash thank you

Not convenient, always trying to upsale items,if somebody wants chicken or a crappie made hat they would ask for it.just take my money for gas and let people get on their way....this is the death of the convenient store

I love this place, it's so close to my home that i go there nearly everyday, the sense of community i get from the staff is awesome. Everybody knows my name would be a great title for my review. Ive seen the staff give a couple who were down on their luck and hungry free food at the end of night. I'm super happy that I've got this place in my neighbourhood.

Well stocked and commonly over priced as all gas stations are. Great new car wash and the chicken is a fave pre workout nosh for my boys!Sadly one of my boys was unjustly and incorrectly accused of shoplifting and despite showing the employee where the item in question had been placed ( to be fair to the store it was not put back in its original location however it had definitely NOT been stolen ) he and his brother have been banned from the store. Keeping up appearances? Have heard this exact story from several very unlikely shoplifters ( my mother in law, her mother, a nurse, even our pastor!)

Got gas,went to use the washroom, was told it's out of order.. go over to the car wash.. walked over.. and was told no. It's for paying customers..what I had paid for wasn't good enough for them. It wasn't the car wash.. I have mobility issues.. all that walking around was not needed, lack of communication between business.

It's what you would expect. Get your treats and go, there are way better places to be in town.
