I have no problem submitting my claim . Once completely submitted prescription and receipt guaranteed the company will pay. It does not take too long to wait. Application make easy to submit claim. Convenient to check my coverage.

So easy. Going through physio right now and looking for the physio prompt every week was a chore. Now my most used services come up automatically and requires just one click does it. Also, it seems that I don't have to scan my receipts and attach them to the claim. Only hold onto for one year, which is what I was already doing. Bravo! What an improvement!

In the years I've had group source it has been a difficult process submitting claims. Every second claim required a receipt.Hopefully your new app process will benefit people much better.Your dental and prescription direct are good, it was the chiro and other services that were not.

The app is glitchy. You can't actually click on your coverage balances which is useless. Then when you submit an e claim and the prompt comes up to use your health spending account if the balance isn't available the claim is still rejected. They say claims take 2 days to process but both claims I filed took over a week.

Still waiting over 3 months for a drug claim that I have always gotten covered with my former provider. Was told my claim was for some reason forwarded to the file review" dept. Still waiting. No real explanation why this is happening. Not impressed with how this is being handled. Other claims have been no problem- but rectifying this issue has been a joke"

I don’t think I have ever had a smooth sailing experience. If it’s not one thing it’s another…. Oh and cant forget about the 9-10 days wait time for a response after you submit a claim.

Like the new app, easier to use and login. Still not quite satisfied with claim turnover for either photo or e-claims. I prefer to go to places with direct billing however I'm told by the providers that the payment takes a while to reach them as well. 2-3 day processing times would be more agreeable than 5-7 days.

The new update to the mobile app is amazing!! Much easier and way faster to submit. I love the ease of mobile claims and the reimbursements arrive in my account within a couple days. It’s great

The website is clean and is faster than the old one, but that's about all that has changed for a basic user.When submitting claims it is difficult to tell when things are enabled/added. Examples are selecting a provider, you can select the row and there is also a + button (not needed to select the row). When clicking the plus button if the row is already highlighted there is no indication that it is doing anything. Also the Next" buttons are very light giving the indication they are disabled."
