Bought house in july 2021. Stay away from gary Davidson builder agent. He does lot of promise but not stay on his word. Even listing on royal lepage he does not want outsude realtor agent to submit offers. David wants all buyer and seller commission. Scammer stay away.

Builds a quality home ie.) glues and screws floor joists, 5/8 ply in the roof, good brick work. The home will last for years problem free. . . but Dave cheaps out on the other stuff, (flooring, cabinetry, interior, painting, sod) and once he has your money it'll take you involving Tairon to get him to come back in and fix what you paid for and that will only occur once his labour is freed up from other new builds. Customer service is 2nd rate. The next step up is a Geertsma, but you pay more money for their homes.
