Awesome Hot Yoga and Barre

Went here for my first hot yoga experience and if I could give it 10 stars I would!!! Omg! Immediately when I walked in the staff greeted me and were so polite and kind. The atmosphere immediately calmed me with the dim lights and nice music.My class with Tally was incredible, I was so impressed how well it flowed and how calm she made me! It was really like a meditation too and I’m so grateful for it! I didn’t think i would like hot yoga but the temperature was perfect and the environment was amazing! I also loved being able to book on the website and the new to yoga section so I knew what to bring.Thank you sooo much for a great first experience!

The best studio in Winnipeg! The owners truly care and connect to their members. The teachers all go above and beyond for their students! This also means they have many types of classes to benefit all their students needs. ❣

They currently have the nurses promo and iam taking advantage of it! It is a bit of a drive for me but it is worth it. The classes are fun. You have a lot of choices. The heat is awesome! I will definitely buy a membership after this free week

I've been for the Gettin' Down on Friday hot yoga special several times.I love it because it's not your normal yoga session. I come out feeling both energized and relaxed after this type of session.Friday nights are packed, so make sure you buy your class pass early!
