UBC Innovation Precinct 1
It's a good space with good researchers, but they made a lot of flaws when designing the place such has not putting in no slip floors in a place that it snows much of the year, or designing the labs with proper lab safety in mind from the start, so there's only one exit to each aisle and people could get cut off from the exit if there is a fire.New RO water system being installed soon should make everyone's lives better.
