Best pet grooming around! The staff are all passionate and so great with animals. The walk in nail trimming fits my hectic schedule. 10/10 would recommend taking your pets here.

Terrible experience and poor customer service!! Took my dog for full grooming and came back with a injured and shaven dog! None of the instructions given at checkin were followed. Had requested to cut the hair short to 3/8th or 1/2 an inch length and they ended up shaving her except head and tail!! Also noticed after getting back home that something was wrong with my dog's right eye. It is all red and she is hardly able to open the eye after returning. Tried calling the location immediately after noticing but did not get an answer and it was closing time. The staff did not even bother to mention anything when I picked her up. Wish I had read the bad reviews instead of going by the overall rating. Will never go back to this place.

I wanted to wait a year before I wrote a review so I could compare their service over time. Consistently, they have had exceptional service, accurate timing to their website and my dog is always groomed to the highest caliber. The importance of grooming your pet for your pets own health & wellbeing is always their first priority which I so appreciate. I have never had a bad experience coming here and highly recommend them. I would even say they are the best in Burlington.

Stephanie and her team are amazing to both my Boston Terrrier'sFrom nail cuts, to grooming and going the extra mile we are beyond happy with the great service always. We will be lifetime clients!

I LOVE Stephanie's Pet Grooming. I bring my Persian cat in every 6-8 weeks for a brush out and Stephanie does such a great job with him. His feet are always so nicely trimmed and when he comes home he loves to show off his new 'do" and smells like blueberries. She's well-priced and I love that we can book quickly and easily online. I'll never go anywhere else!"

I take my dog to Stephanie's for the walk-in nail trimming. This service is incredibly convenient and very reasonably priced. We are in and out quickly and happy with the result.I asked about taking my long haired cat in for a hygiene trim and explained that she can be difficult. They weren't worried about handling her, so I will be bringing her in. I'm happy to have found this place!

First time using Stephanie’s pet grooming…excellent experience! I was nervous, will admit, our 10 year old Maltese/shih tzu can be anxious. She received a great haircut, and left not exhibiting any stress or anxiety. Thank you! Will definitely recommend.

I absolutely adore this pet grooming place. I have brought my dog a few times for hair cuts and his nails ,and I'm so happy with the work this salon produces. The prices are so reasonable! Stephanie cares about the well-being of the pets and her clients. She's so caring and takes her time with my teacup!
