We used Akam Electric Ltd, again, with satisfaction. They came to our needs some time ago and we were very pleased with the service. So, again needing electrical service; in the form of a new electrical panel in our shed and some additional connections for outside lighting and gardening needs; we again called upon their service. It is really difficult to set up a new office in Surrey especially when you are new in the city. I was desperately looking for a commercial electrician in surrey who are efficient and affordable. At that point of time I came to know about Akam Electric. You guys had made the task simple, really grateful to you.

I have to give a very poor rating for this company. We had a problem where half the lights and plugs in our home did not work, Mandeep came into our home and thought there would be another circuit panel somewhere in the house that we couldn't find, he spent a lot of time looking for it and then left and didn't charge us for that which we appreciated. The next day it was ruled out that there was no other panel. Mandeep was sick and sent another employee in his place, which is what this complaint is about. The entire time he was on his phone getting instructions from someone on what he should be doing. When he finally found out the problem he ended up putting a huge nasty wire in my daughters room all along the wall right in the middle and it isn't even in a straight line. When I came into the room and saw it I was not happy but he said he had explained it already to us and this is what we agreed to. He ended up leaving a huge mess with sawdust all over her toys and pieces of wire and nails scattered throughout the room, I am extremely disappointed, and feel ripped off.The least you can do is clean up after yourself, especially in a child's room.
