This location is better than other rogers store in my opinion.I could feel that Akash and Kelly both genuinely cared about the customer and try their best to help the customer in their favor.However, I did not have a good experience with the store manager Kate when I came to exchange my phone. It was obvious that she did not like the fact that I wanted to exchange the phone. Rather, she kept asking why?, are you sure?, its the same thing! , etc, and tried to just make me keep the phone I came to return. And made me feel uncomfortable. Also, I dont know if it was intensional or not, but the galaxy tab which I was supposed to pick up was indeed in the store for me, but Kate just said its not here and told me to come back later. She did not bother to check or whatever. I called Akash right after and he told me the tablet was in.I admit I am a picky customer, and was caught offguard by sudden increase in phone price. Regardless thats how I genuinely felt.Still, I would highly recommend this location over other ones. Ask for Akash and you will know why I recommended here.

People working here are super awesome and helpful. Came in looking to upgrade a couple phones on my family's plan but they let is know that because it's the beginning of the month, the prices on everything have gone up and the only thing 0$ really is the LG G6 and that we should really just wait for the back to school sale because it's likely that a lot of the more expensive phones will go on sale then. I super appreciate the straight up honesty.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I had several issues and all of them were met with care and attention to get them resolved in a timely fashion. I don't even live close but I would come to this store for the service.

I am beyond livid at the experience that I got from not only Rogers customer service in store and on the phone but also Google as the manufacturer. Basically I bought a faulty phone, the power button would work intermittently. When I brought it to Rogers they told me they couldn't do anything and I had to call Google. After about 3 months and numerous calls and emails to both companies I still have a broken phone with very little options to conveniently get it fixed. This is the second time I've had a negative experience buying a Google pixel phone in the same manner from the same store. I can tell you on both accounts I am done dealing with either of these companies. I am now stuck with this broken phone until my contact runs up... Which I will NOT be renewing.

I had the best experience here a few weeks ago! I was making the switch from Telus to Rogers and had come in to see what they could offer me. Manager Kate was exceptionally helpful. She shook my hand when I came in the door and was very helpful with the issues that I had with the previous cell service I received. All around super professional and knowledgeable. She made my transition from android to apple seamless and showed me how to use everything. The process of getting a new phone with a new company can be long but she made it super easy for me and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. Kate is an exemplary employee who really made me feel like she appreciates my business.

Sent my husband to get help on his phone (he's not phone savey) he came home so upset as the gentleman helping him kept leaving to go help others. People said what he was looking to get help with was simple and couldn't believe they couldn't help him. Then they started to try and sell him a new phone. I know the younger generation is a whiz on these devices but we are not!! Maybe slow down when talking to a senior and try to understand what they are asking for. Not good service at all,!!!

I can say that if I had not gone into this Rogers location and spoke with this young man about my issues with Rogers online service (again) and the devices and services included. Due to lack of understanding/language barrier the online rep was not doing what he said he was doing, as a result of that my first bill was over triple the charge agreed to online.The young man at this Rogers location was first helpful in unlocking my brand new device, then helpful again with my understanding how the online Rogers rep screwed up while doing his job. Unfortunately I still have to deal with Rogers online to fix the problem. That sucks.

Ronnie was awesome! He was able to get the phone I wanted, add on a screen protector and even managed to get me a discount on the plan so I'm paying less a month AND have a new phone!!

The store manager here , Madison, is not a trustworthy person. My family came here to enroll in multiple new phone lines and to finance multiple phones. She strung us along for almost an entire week, telling us that her regional manager" had given the green light. She claimed to have made several phone calls to square everything away. However
