I recently purchased my BMW 440i Msport. Miles, was my sales rep. He was amazing. He didn’t cut corners or give me the run around. He was very straight forward and honest. He wanted me as a customer to feel comfortable picking a car that caters to my liking and honest about the cars as well.A month later. The car, Miles sold me has been living up to it’s expectations. Dylan Munro was the star. He was helpful and genuine form that start. We did not feel like it was the usual car shopping experience (you know what I mean). The rest of the team including tech were also exceptional. Thank you for helping me get my first hybrid and joining the BMW family!

We were looking for a specific BMW vehicle and the individual helping us out was Dan Urquhart. He was absolutely fantastic and was in constant contact with us over the weeks to keep us posted about any incoming inventory that would fit what we were looking for. Due to time constraints, we were leaving the province so we were not able to find the vehicle we wanted but nonetheless, Dan provided excellent customer service and was a great person to deal with. If I were you and looking for a BMW, I would reach out to Dan or specifically ask for him and book an appointment with him. Great sales people like him are hard to come by nowadays.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at BMW gallery in Calgary. I purchased a 2020 330i X-drive in May and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.Everybody was very friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured or misled in any way. It was probably the only time I visited a dealership and didn’t feel accosted by greasy and smarmy salespeople. That is usually a huge turn-off for me when buying a vehicle.My sales rep was Dylan Munro and he was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole (albeit brief) experience.I get the impression that their whole team is committed to ensuring I am happy with my purchase and I hope that continues in the future when it comes time to service/repair the vehicle.Thank-you BMW gallery for providing top-rate service, which is becoming more and more rare nowadays.-Corey

I recently purchased a car from Ivan Dong at BMW Gallery, the experience was wonderful. He was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. He helped me to find the right model, explain all the features and make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I was very pleased with his services.Also the experience of vehicle detail introduction with Santhiago Avila was very helpful and great too.Only Kim from Financial Department was rude and disrespectful.Overall highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a luxury vehicle. I purchased my X5 one week ago. It was an amazing experience with the BMW Gallery team - the sale representative Ivan, the financial manager Jun and the delivery specialist Santhiago. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. All my questions were answered straightforwardly and clearly; all my concerns are addressed timely. I do enjoy chatting with them about the features added in the new generation of BMW vehicles. I thank them for such wonderful service. It was a great experience of shopping. Also, congratulations to Ivan for the new baby girl. Happy new parenting!

I see lots of positive buying experiences here, but would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Poor (if any) follow up on questions and I would concur with others that the actual price will be higher than the estimated price. I find that surprising as every dealer that I’ve been to is the other way around. I’ve been waiting for a week and a half to get pricing for new rear brake rotors (not a complicated thing!) and still nothing. Disappointing

Miles, my sales consultant, completely understood what I was there for and made everything happen without any extra BS. Jun got me a better rate than I could've hoped for in what I would call record time. Walked in on a Saturday for a test drive and left with a dream car within a matter of hours. To start with, looking for a new car is a daunting exercise. I was in the market for a luxury compact SUV, and went around to all of the main dealerships (Audi, Infinity, BMW, Lexus, etc.). I also had worked hard to save up so that I could walk in to every dealership ready to pay all cash. I brought my dad because as a female in my 30s, I knew that unfortunately without a man present I probably wouldn't get taken very seriously as I also look younger.By far the worst experience was BMW. The girl at reception was very friendly and kind, but she brought me to Ivan in sales, who seemed really annoyed that I was even there. He wouldn't make eye contact when speaking to me, and kept his airpod in his ear the whole time so he clearly wasn't really listening to me either. He didn't tell me anything about the models available, and when I said I was looking at perhaps the X1, he pulled a few up on his computer screen. I looked behind his back at the screen and clearly saw a number of used cars in stock that were relatively new with lower mileage, but he wouldn't even tell me about them. He dismissively told me they had nothing new in stock so I couldn't even test drive anything, and simply offered to show me a new one that had arrived on order for another customer. I asked again if there was nothing I could test drive and he shortly said no. As he walked out to show us the vehicle outside, he rushed way ahead of us, making for the door as if we were a huge inconvenience that he just wanted to get over with.When we got to the car he told me nothing about it, and fortunately I didn't like it anyway (BMW is making some interesting choices design-wise lately), so we just said thanks and left. We both felt like Ivan made some huge assumptions about us since we were dressed pretty casually, but he passed up on the opportunity for an all cash deal. I will not be revisiting this BMW and will not be recommending anyone I know go there, as there is far better service elsewhere.
