Absolutely exceptional, a real treat in the Valley. The space is bright and stylish, the servers friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is top notch. We went for brunch and the hash browns were the best I’ve ever had!

The service and food were excellent. We dine out often, enjoying a wide range of places, but it's rare that service, food and atmosphere come together seemingly effortlessly. The service and food were impeccable and unpretentious, but perfection.

Longfellow is a great new eatery in the charming town of Wolfville. We went for lunch and had a gorgeous salad, which was art on a plate! Not overly dressed but lots of flavour. We went back for breakfast today and the omelet was perfectly cooked, stuffed with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese. The hash browns were also very tasty. Highly recommend and we will be back when they start serving dinner! Congratulation Avram and Ray!

We came in for our wedding anniversary and the meal was impeccable the flavours were so fresh.Our wine pairing from the local winery went perfectly with our seafood and local meat.The service was great.We had brunch the next day and our server was new to the industry and was nailing it at every turn. Our eggs Benny with smoked salmon was incredible and oh my god the salt cod fish cakes were so good they brought me back to my childhood when my papa would make them.Your manager took great care of us the entire time.

We had a 6:30pm seating on Valentine’s Day. Chose the tenderloin and the risotto. Both meals had a beautiful presentation and were cooked to perfection. Attentive wait staff and the rose was a nice touch. Nice to enjoy a great meal without the hour’s drive to Halifax! We will be back.

Words cannot describe how good Longfellow really is. I am always so indecisive when I go to a restaurant so I really appreciated the simplicity of their brunch menu.We ordered four different plates for brunch so we could try a little bit of everything.The cod cakes were my favourite. It was not fishy whatsoever. The hollandaise sauce was a nice added touch as a it added a creamy layer.The fish and chips were easily the best fish and chips I’ve had in recent memory. So flaky yet so crunchy. And moms tarter sauce was delightful.Then burger was added because of burger wars. It was ground beef topped with beef short rib and kimchi.I really enjoyed every meal. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order

Edit: I had another perfect irish coffee, seems to be more consistent!Edit 2: It seems like service has been ironed out! Been back a half dozen times and it's been great every time. The smoked porkchop special was absolutely amazing, as was the curried chicken and waffles. Irish coffee has been on point every time!Original post:We really enjoy it here, but the food can be slightly inconsistent in both portions and quality. It's never been bad, but definitely better than others sometimes. The food selection is really nice, with the salt cod cakes being my favorite brunch item.Been hit or miss for getting an Irish coffee lol. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's iced with Bailey's, sometimes I get brought a coffee with a shot of Jamesons on the side. LolThe pic shows the perfect Irish coffee I got once :)Overall still a great place to eat, and if the consistency issues were worked out it'd be a 5 star eatery!

Our group, with a special order for the all the guests, had an outstanding meal. The staff (Summer for our table and Teresa) were knowledgeable and professional and the service was great. The chef outdid himself - the chicken, which was baked with pumpkin and squash as well as a spinach outer crust, was delicious. The fish chowder (appetizer) was succulent and filled with lots of fish. For dessert my wife and I shared a chocolate mousse and it was very tasty. We have eaten at Longfellow's Restaurant on four occasions now and we have never been disappointed.

Had an issue with our food but server promptly and generously fixed it. Gorgeous patio, great cocktails, prime rib is fabulous but I’d skip the duck
