The dentist was really nice but the cost of this place is absolutely outrageous. I was completely shocked to find out it was going to cost me just over $200 for our first visit even with insurance. All they did was clean my daughter's teeth.

Excellent Dentist! We highly recommend this place. For scared and frightened children, this is the place to take them. The entire staff are so kind and professional. Because they are so thorough, they discovered some serious issues with my children's teeth that went unnoticed at our previous dentist.The bright and airy environment is very child friendly with TVs and toy vending machines, colouring competitions, and free lipbalm all to help the children have a wonderful experience.The whole team literally take the children into their care to ensure they are comfortable throughout the whole visit.They even took the time today after our visit to text our girl a personal message to wish her a happy birthday. Awesome people, thank you for all you do! ❤️

They are more of a business caring about money.First, they checked my insurance and knowing my insurance doesn’t cover my daughter’s cleaning at the time, they told me after the whole thing was done and I had to pay $300 from pocket. While my insurance would have paid for it if I had done it one month later. My own dentist always tell me my insurance situation before each appointment. Second, they told me that my daughter needs three teeth to be taken care of with laughing gas, and if we don’t do it now, there is a chance it gets worse and we get to a point that we have to put her to sleep to do the procedure. This is an advertising method I read in books that you make people be afraid of something and then propose yourself as the solution. Not professional. I decided not to proceed, finally took her to our family dentist. She was way more patient with my daughter, and told me she only has one very easy filling that she did it with no laughing gas or anything while my daughter participated very well.

My experience at Smile was amazing. Brandi was personable and caring. She ensured that my retainers went in smoothly and was patient when removing my Invisalign attachments. Great experience. I’m glad I chose Smile.

I’ve been attending Smileline for about five years now, I used to go to Dr Cohen’s branch in thornhill before the merge here. Recently, I was officially dismissed (aka Im done orthodontics and only need to come in if anything goes wrong!) It was bittersweet when I realized that it marked a new milestone. The treatment I received there, and well as Dr Cohen, Brandy and Dawn are people that have made my experience with orthodontics a positive one, and have been there since Day 1. So THANK YOU

My husband and I had a wonderful experience bringing our toddler twin daughters to Smileline Orthodontics & Kids Dentistry for their first dental visits ever.Thank you to the receptionists who made the environment so warm. Dr. Cohen took the time to introduce himself to us (even though we were not his patients) and even made sure my twin daughters got matching bouncy balls at the end of their visit. Dr. Rachale along with her dental hygienist make the perfect, caring and competent team. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every single staff member was warm and inviting. Thank you so much. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

For over 18 months I’m bringing my daughter for her appointments, to smileline orthodontist por kids. We feel happy and blessed to have a such wonderful professionals looking after my daughter needs. Brandy,Dr cohen who are amazing persons and professionals and everyone in the team are amazing. I encourage parents to bring their kids here in this location old Kingston road, you will be happy ever .

Excellent results!I chose Smileline as my orthodontists as an adult, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. My teeth had shifted after having braces as a kid, and I was unhappy with how I looked. I am more than thrilled with the results of my invisalign treatment, which were painless, convenient and easy to use. Both Dr. Warren and Rachaele Cohen have been truly fantastic, caring and genuinely interested in my progress, and took the time to make sure I was happy with my results.I always find the staff to be kind and welcoming - Carly has especially always been great - an awesome group of people. I would not hesitate to trust them with your smile!

My daughter saw Dr.Cohen (female) early last year. It was my daughter's first time going to the dentist. The first visit was ok as it was the initial appointment, however, after the 2nd appointment my daughter was reluctant to go back as she had to have some teeth extracted. Due to her traumatized experience of getting teeth extracted, she developed an overall fear of going back to the dentist and did not want to fully cooperate at a check up appointment. My daughter was crying and very upset. Dr Cohen was trying to see in her mouth but my daughter refused. It was at that point where Dr. Cohen had the audacity to tell me in front of my crying and frantic daughter that this was a learned behavior" as if I trained her to behave this way. My daughters feelings were valid!!! As a mother
