Lacks integrity! Probably an in office error or some sort of incompetence they couldn't find me in there system. Not surprising. Owner of this company is a big-time scammer.

Very professional builder and excellent trades staff on site. Jesse the site super answered all my questions and provided great service . Would purchase again from Reid’s !

We are the second owners of this house that was built in 2018. We noticed the trim in out master bedroom was wet. We investigated and turns out when Reids installed the shower pan the didn't put caulking in a few spots and there has been water dripping behind the shower pan for 4.5 years. We are now in the middle of a 10k plus bathroom renovation because of their negligence. There was black mold in several spots on the sub flooring. We contacted Reids and they basically said oh well. Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse workmanship. The house is so poorly put together; walls out of square, doors don't line up and don't close properly, cracks in ceiling many more issues. Please if you have or are considering buying a home reids has bulit look into everyone!

You forgot to insulate amount other cut corners. You will be hearing from terion now!!!

Racially discriminatory practices, professional misconduct by way of not being forthright. The information given over the phone changes as soon as they meet you. Then the property is no longer available. Refer to article written in the Toronto Star May 27, 2019.

I would never reccomend this company to anyone. Horrible experience with them after we moved in. Once they have your money they will not fix what they have messed up while building.If you talk to their workers, they will tell you that Reids is a cheap company and cuts corners.They rarely respond to emails or calls. I have taken several days off work to be home for them to complete work only for them or their contractors to just not show up.If you have a choice, go with another builder.Also, I have seen their typical response of well cancelations happen". The issue is that Reids will not tell you that cancelled it and will refuse to work with you on rescheduling

I have recently purchased a pre construction townhouse from Reid's Heritage Homes. As this is the biggest purchase one can make, I am extremely happy with the service I have received:1. regular updates on the project - including emails with photos of the site progression. (Drone pictures - to show the whole site).2. Design appointment - was held at their location in Guelph and it is a beautiful showroom. Barb, who was my design consultant was able to make this appointment as stress free as possible. Barb, was great at helping me put my future home design vision to reality.3. Follow up from customer experience manager via phone- This is a nice touch that sets Reid's Heritage Homes apart from other builders. In today's society we lack the personal connection of simply speaking to someone. Becky, who is their customer experience manager followed up via phone to ensure all my questions about the project were answered. I have family who have purchase pre construction properties that have not had this kind of customer service and CONSISTENT follow up throughout the whole process.I would definitely recommend pre construction purchase with Reid's Heritage homes based on my experience so far.

It's too bad they can't get a zero. This is not the company to buy a home from if you are looking for any type of quality. The homes are slapped together with no care or detail. Floors falling apart after a year, cracks in the stone work, windows that are not air tight and water leaks everywhere. Customer service is the absolute worst. Constantly putting off sending people and rescheduling then sending the same people to look" at the issue .. but never fixing it.Since they usually buy a small portion of land from a larger builder they constantly pass the blame and do nothing to help as they "can't" and will always over promise and under deliver. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Janet , the customer service manager is the worst manager I have ever delt with. I have moved to a place that I wanted to call a home, but it feels like I'm living in a motel. Never purchase a place from Reids, you will regret
