Google keeps thinking I've visited here when I've just walked by. Not my kind of store (vegetarian) and I can't recall the last time I bought something at it; maybe got a gift box years ago for a family member.

DiscustingDealing with Hickory Farms has been a nightmare. I ordered an expensive gift basket on November 28th , 2017. It was to be delivered in time for xmas. When I started inquiring as to the status of my order on Dec 15thmy order was no where to be found. After 6 phone calls and several emails my order was found and promised to be delivered before xmas.The order came on Dec27th. I refused delivery on the advice of a customer service person and in doing so I would automatically receive a refund. As of Jan 8th and another phone call to check the status of my refund I was told there would be a delay as there were problems in handling returns.so here we go again. God knows if I will ever see my money. My best advise to anyone thinking of ordering from this firm is DON'T ! ! ! I am a dedicated on line shopper. Never again with these people.
