They skip weeks of lawn mowing without prior permission, supposed to do weed treatment and clearly haven't, no proper schedule for pruning shrubs and pruning when shrubs are in full bloom??? Use a weed eater to weed the gardens which not only leaves the roots so weeds are all grown back quickly, also the weedeater makes the soil fly out of garden now we need soil added to all the gardens. Nice grounds a year ago but they have slipped dramatically. The weeds have taken over the lawns and will now cost the strata $$ to get a professional to do it. Doesnt look like they have a licensed horticulturist on staff

They do an excellent job! Hedge trimming is excellent! Lawn edging is done neatly. Trimming shrubs, cutting the lawn they always do a great Job. Always prompt responses to our inquiries. Thank you Ryan for the customer service you and your team do for our Strata. We consistently receive comments on how well the grounds are kept.

Would give 10 stars if we could. Millennium is hired by our strata. We had green mold of some sort spreading over the lawn, now we have the start of beautiful grass that they grew from seeds. They said will be adding more seeds at some point over spring in the bare spots.Very professional at their job. Highly recommend.Sept 18 2020 Update. happy with the way it is turning out. Some burning of the grass especially near the edges which may be do to cutting too short with the weed eater as no dogs have been in the back, not even once. We also do not go on the grass, only beiefly when we have to water the hedging on the right side and of course only when there was no seeds or seedlings.We also have been watering regular in summer do to new grass. Some thin spots also in a few areas but they may have plans to add more seeds.
