1 star but it should be negative stars!~ This is the WORST experience at a shop ever! Our truck has been in their for 2 weeks now, while our driver is stuck in a hotel room in Hinton. They are incapable of getting parts. Told us 4 days for one thing, we made some calls and we found one and had it shipped and arrived the next morning. We ask if they needed help with a second part no no all good" well then yesterday they called and said the truck would be ready today. got there today and nope part didn't come!!! Frustrated to say the least! Loosing another day of work! I have never ever seen a worst organize shop. No one seems to know what they are doing and the communication is horrible. Stay away

Went to the body shop for a estimate on our RV trailer. Very professional and friendly staff.Added - August, 2022 - They did the work on our 5th wheel trailer and they did an awesome job. They stand behind the work they do as well. We would deal with them again but hopefully not required.

We use both locations, but for service primarily at the West end. The foremen are always great to deal with on both shifts. Always quick and fast service. Any issues I am updated immediately.

Took our truck into first truck center with emissions problems. Right off the bat told us they'll be able to bring our truck in but weren't sure if it would be the Saturday or Sunday. Our truck went in and problem got fixed with no issues. Want to say a big thank you to the service department and the tech that worked on our truck for the quick service and quick repairs. I highly recommend this shop for repairs for the ones that have freightliner trucks. Again a big thank you to all involved to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. How the west end location stays in business is beyond me , the level of ignorance that comes from the staff at this place is absolutely insane and they are not very motivated at all , it’s very unfortunate that the south side did not have what I needed, so red deer is my next choice I’ll never step foot in the west end location again,

Had my motor home fixed at First Truck body shop following a hit and run accident. The repairs took a little longer than I expected but the result was excellent. The paint match of the four colors damaged was perfect. All the staff from the front office to the paint shop were pleasant and helpful. Thank you to SAVI, CHAD, TIM, DAVOR, IVAN and SHELDON for a job well done.

Perfect rip-off business.went in to get a key. At the counter parts person quoted 6.5 $ for one. What can go wrong .so I ordered two. When the bill came its for 65 $. When asked the guy says its 6.5 for a blank key and 25 for cutting a key. Most other dealerships charge no more than 10 bucks. Am I stupid for going into afirst truck dealership or is the dealership too smart.theres no zero star here unfortunately .
