I am both surprised and disappointed by Simon's failure to even acknowledge communications about an issue with a job he undertook. He was recommended to me by a family friend and installed eavestroughs and aluminum capping on our garage doors. He was paid in full immediately upon completion.We noted sagging of the capping at one garage door. I contacted Simon both by text and email and provided a photo.I received no response even though he supposedly guarantees his work.Unfulfilled promises are meaningless and a service provider who fails to stand behind his work has no confidence in the quality of his workmanship. If Simon doesn't have that confidence.....should you?
