Had Robb come and inspect a house I'm looking to buy, he was very thorough! Brought me around after showing me a bunch of things that he had found, some not a big deal, some that my VA appraiser would red flag. He had showed me personally and was very resourceful helpful and respectful. Just an all around great guy with Very Very fair pricing. I was prepared to sell a leg knowing what inspection rates are, the phone call and setting it up was just a cake-walk. Highly Highly Recommend!! If you're looking for quality, call him!

I was buying my first house and had Robb come in to inspect it. He had the report printed and ready to review it with me when I arrived. He was very thorough with the report and answered every question I had. The report was extensive and had photos with every section in the report.
