Love the shop always my go to stop. Great customer service!

Listen, I’m not really one to complain but if you guys claim to be open at “11am on weekends”, why is it that when I arrived at 11:30 the store was not open and not only that I waited till about 11:45 and still no one.

I got a Bacterial Sinus Infection, after I used a vape that I bought from their store.

Probably one of the most unprofessional stores I have even been to. The store attendant gets frustrated easily and does not care to explain anything, especially to people like me who are new to this. Further to this point, he cussed me off as I was walking out. I would never come back here ever again.In addition, they are highly overpriced. I went to another vape store 10 minutes away and found the same device I was interested in for $35 cheaper. The other store had 10 times better selection of products and juice options. I have told all of my friends never to go to GTA Vapes. Garbage store, garbage prices, and garbage customer service.I would give it no stars to be honest but had to select one star just to make this post.

Walked into the shop for the first time and I felt welcomed. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable. They have all the recent devices/e-juice and they have the best prices in the city. Would definitely recommend this store. Keep up the good work guys!

Had a great experience here today! Jas was amazing at helping me pick out my upgrade. He made sure I left the store with everything I needed to get started and all the tips and tricks of the new device! Will definitely be my go to Vape Shop from now on!

Great customer service and highly knowledgeable and professional. Very organized shop, easy visible all products and details provided on asking. Highly recommend everyone in GTA.

I have been going to this franchise for the last 5 years, all over the GTA (Vaughan, Woodbridge, Bolton and brampton). This location is BY FAR the location with the WORST customer service. The brown guy who is usually working is the rudest cashier who does not care about informing his customers with information about the product. Today, I went into the store to purchase disposables and buddy (the sales rep) was chilling with his friend in the store, with little to no regard of customers in the store. I walked in and out of the store empty handed.I absolutely hate going to this location and will ONLY go if it is a worst case scenario situation. Time after time, this sales rep makes me hate going to this location because of his repulsive attitude and lack of customer service.Please hire someone else for this location!

Very rude worker/owner, did not help me with anything… just said “they’re all the same”. Asked a question about the juice and instantly started fighting with me. Just because you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your costumer. Very unprofessional and very uncomfortable.

This place is so great! Jaz was so helpful and patient with me while I struggled figuring out what device to get and he even took the time to explain different nicotine strengths and what might work best for me. His flavour recommendations were on point!! I’m totally obsessed with my new set up and excited to finally quit smoking!
