Kait is kind, professional and does an amazing job. Her love for dogs shows through her work, and she is always willing to be flexible and work around my availability. I first brought my dog to Kait a few years ago for her first ever groom. I felt at ease leaving her with Kait, and that was no small feat for me as my dog is my entire world! I don't leave her with just anyone! Kait always listens to what I'm wanting, and does such a great job. Mya and I love her :)

The owner is an incredible person! Kait loves animals and she treated my puppy like her own ♥️ She did an absolute amazing job grooming and paint my Ada’s toe nails! She is so caring and patient! The place is so clean and has lots of room for your pooch to play/train!

I have a service dog that was not cut properly. I tried to get a hold of her for four days after the fourth day I finally heard from her I asked her to do it properly she said no I asked for my money back she said no then hung up. I even went to her property to talk to her face to face she wouldn’t even come to the door I have two witnesses she seen me and still didn’t come to the door what are you supposed to do I paid $75

Very dissatisfying service. Booked an appointment almost 2 months in advance to have it cancelled days before having both my dogs taken in. Advising the shop that my dogs are matted and I need to keep my appointment, and asking if they could shuffle some of their other appointments around to squeeze my one dog in was met resistance and no work arounds other then fitting into their established schedule, which has now resulted in this review.I am sorry that the team at The Fuzz thought it was necessary to leave a passive aggressive message on my 1 star rating, but it still stands. Customer service is about pivoting and shuffling things around to keep the customers you have, even if it means putting in extra time as a business owner. I wish this business nothing but the best going forward.

Kaitlyn is like an animal whisperer. She has such a passion for all creatures and is kind and intuitive when working with them. She's very laid back and dedicated to the best animal care.Bring your animal here for a groom and you will pick them back up with a happy giggle to see them all dolled up and proud of themselves.We are moving away but I fully intend to make the hour and a half drive to keep bringing my fur baby to her!I haven't personally brought my dog to her for training or behavior issues but I've seen what she can do through other people's pets- she's amazing and I don't hesitate to refer people to her!!!

A groomer with a heart. Kait cares immensely for the animals in her care. Animals are treated with love and respect during their appointment and are happy to return.

I cannot make any comment on how she grooms as that never happened, but as a professional business owner I can say that she is more of a wanna be" than a professional. If you cannot keep an appointment

The best groomer around! Very patient with our mostly impatient dogs and the end result is always phenomenal! Always feels good knowing your pets are in good hands!

Kaitlyn has been grooming our dogs for years now. She has always treated them like they are her own, takes great care bathing and grooming them, and my dogs are always calm and very happy when I pick them up. This is not only her job, but her passion. She is a huge animal lover, and you can tell by the way she connects with them. That´s why she has pet parents who travel a great distance for her grooming services. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for not only an excellent groomer, but someone who really does care about your family pet as much as you. Thanks Kaitlyn!
