Food. I got a burger but couldn't finish it. It was so greasey the bun soaked up so but you couldn't pick it up and tastes like it's been in frezzer no long. Maybe I had 2 bites and couldn't do any more. as I was staying in the hotel, i figured I'd give it a shot but soon realized I should've just ordered takeout to my room. My stomach is still unhappy with my choice to eat here.The waitress was friendly from the start and afterward was super aploagitc about my meal but unfortunately that doesn't fill my stomachPrices are kida high. I mean, 7 bucks for 2 cans of coke come onWon't recommend this place

On a recent overnight trip to Ottawa on business this week, we decided to stay in the hotel and eat at Club 1274. What a diamond in the rough!The service was amazing, friendly and efficient and the dinner was affordable and delicious.This restaurant is a great choice if you are in the area!

A bit confused...we were seated promptly, the server was friendly enough. Given menus and asked if we wanted wine? Nope, then told she would bring us our water. Did not ask if we wanted anything 'else' to drink. When she came back asked us if we had decided (within 2-3 minutes?), nope. Said she would give us more time. Thanks. Ordered our meals - and abruptly felt I needed a lesson in pronunciation of one of the items... Still not asked about drinks, annnnd she walked away. Given our appetizer by cook?, it was a very small serving but delicious. She returned quickly with our mains. I quickly asked for a drink, she said okay and ran off before the others could ask for anything. Came back and said they didn't have that, would I like cranberry juice. By this time I was completely parched and said yes, she ran off again and brought me a tiny wine goblet with warm cranberry juice/no ice. Upon return my husband jumped in there and asked for a drink for our daughter and she stated 'we're all out' and walked away. By this time the rest of our party had given up. How very bizarre. The poutine (be careful how you pronounce it) was good, small serving, but at least they use curd, the chicken strip meal was basic, strips and fries + sauce, nothing else (don't try to get a drink-you have your water), and the fish and chips came with a slice of dill pickle, wee bit of slaw and tartar. The cranberry brie chicken wrap was big enough, looked delicious, but I think the chicken must have run off with the cheese somewhere looking for the bacon because had I not pulled it apart and seen the few little pieces I never would have known they were in there. Filled beautifully with veggies and loads of sauce...Looking at the other tables, not a glass of soda, milk, juice anywhere to be found. After we completed the meal, the server made her way over and promptly laid the bill in front of me...my husband thought that was great - haha (sarcasm)....oh joy...one time only visit.

This is the restaurant located in the basement of a Best Western Plus but I would definitely come here again even if I wasn't staying there. The atmosphere is really casual and the people working are so friendly, but the food is surprisingly high quality and delicious. Those were the best sweet potato fries I'd ever had. And I had the mushroom ravioli with butternut squash sauce for my entree which was so delicious. I highly recommend this place. It was so good for a decent price (especially for being a restaurant affiliated with a hotel).

Stopped by the restaurant in the hotel for a quick brunch before heading out! Menu was pretty vast, and the pricing for the meals was so reasonable for the portion served!Service was also lovely even though there was only one server present. She was very attentive, and checked in on us just the right amount of times. Coffee can be refilled too so that's a plus!Would stop here again for a meal next time I'm in town but to be honest, all I had here was a cup of coffee. The photo of the food is somethinf my friends ordered but they basically stopped short of licking their plates clean haha. THIS is how I know the food was good

Was Greeted at the door by a wonderful person. Played some pool with the wife. We had a great time. I Ordered chicken parmesan and the wife ordered 1274 burger. Both excellent food. Waitress and cook were awesome.Shout out to Emily for great service.Thanks

I regret not taking a picture first. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was spot on. The chicken cutlet was crispy with just the right amount of cheese. Fettuccine was perfect and lots of flavor. Our server was great, quick and precise. We'll be back soon to try that breakfast next!

Ordered the 1274 platter for pick up, received 3 chicken wings, 3 chicken tenders and 5 onion rings and they charged me $25!!The chicken wings were small and the bones were broken, I've found better chicken tenders from the frozen aisle at 7/11Online menu I found said the platter would only cost $12, boy was I wrong.
