Excellent service! I called them and they were very fast. Moe was very polite and professional and safely towed my car to the auto mechanics to get fixed the next morning. He even brought my keys to my house when he realized there was no overnight drop box at the mechanics office. I highly recommend this place for fast towing for a good price.

Terrible service. No follow-up after we called to complain about the fact the driver couldn't figure out how to boost our vehicle and then the ridiculously high charges for the so called boost and for after hours charges (nowhere on website does it say after hours fees apply at ANY time. ). Numerous calls to female supervisor and contact through their website....no response.

Unreliable customer service don't waste your time just spend 2 hours with their horrible customer service, and after all they try to charge me ridiculous amount of money, only after I didn't agreed to pay they reduced the amountAnd they agnor you and won't answer the phone after you payJust avoid them..

Incompetent driver. He comes with a 14000 lb capacity truck, but he's unable to move an 8000 lb container. Moving containers is as simple as it gets, but he's unable to do the job. He wanted $400 to move it 10 minutes away.Unfortunately the shortage in skilled labor is a real problem. These companies should NOT be charging the high rates that they do if they can't deliver.Amatures.
