We had a great experience with Rock solid home inspection. We spoke with Patrick on the phone when we were booking and he was so helpful. I had a lot of confidence with them going in. Aaron did our home inspection and he was thorough and informative. Anytime he'd find anything, he was able to explain it in a way I could understand, describe the fix, and how much it costs. He's really great at his job and super friendly and made me feel more comfortable to ask any questions. Great experience. Strongly recommend.

I've had several high quality home inspections over the years and have to say Patrick's services stood out from the pack. He squeezed us in on very short notice, conducting a thorough 2+ hour inspection at 6pm. We had his report at 1am and it was detailed and prioritized. His walk through of the report was similarly detailed and thorough. He was generous with his time and guidance. He put the issues into perspective so we had confidence that most items were minor, and could focus on the one or two significant matters in our purchase decision. Perfect rating! We had Patrick came in on a rainy day but it didn't deter him from giving a thorough inspection and noting down every detail from the exterior, interior, top to bottom. He is very genuine, kind and methodical person. He takes the time to teach and answer any question you throw at him.
