Red Deer Hot Yoga
Red Deer Hot Yoga is the best yoga studio I've ever been to. The teachers are intelligent, insightful, helpful, and caring. The community of people is second to none and the space is unique and relaxing. Every class is fantastic. Great job!!!

Red Deer Hot Yoga
RDHY is the best studio I've been to. They've got so many unique things they offer that makes them stand out from other studios. The atmosphere is incredible from the moment you step inside. The teachers are all fantastic and they take the time to help adjust your poses so you're doing them correctly. I really like that there's no mirrors in the studio, it helps take away the distraction of watching/judging yourself and lets you focus on your breathing and the yoga. One of my favorite things about RDHY is the lemongrass scented cold cloth you get at the end of class. It's the best way to end a sweaty power flow!

Do yourself a favour and try RDHY! I absolutely love this studio. Every yogi and teacher is so welcoming. I've never once felt inadequate or like I had to be advanced to fit in. The teachers adjust students and there are no mirrors so you can just focus on your own practice.

Red Deer Hot Yoga
I love Red Deer Hot Yoga! From the minute you walk through the door, you feel welcomed into the friendly environment. I have taken a variety of classes and loved them all. The classes are relaxing but provide that perfect meditation and stretch the body needs. The lemon grass face clothes at the end are a huge perk too! I would highly suggest everyone try RDHY.

From the moment you enter the studio you feel welcome and confortable. The instructors are always willing to guide you and motivate you in your practice! I absolutely love it and they inspire me to continue my yoga journey!

Red Deer Hot Yoga
Not competitive with other studios in town. Refuse to match monthly pass costs. Schedule is not yogi-friendly in that some class styles are offered as little as once per week. Not competitive with interesting workshops or special events. Not visible at all in the community. This studio is simply not willing to put in the time or effort to be anything but a below average yoga studio that is so easy to just walk on by.

Love the studio and all the teachers! You will definatley get your sweat on, have fun, feel completley refreshed and full of energy afterwards!The juices and smoothies you can purchase and have waiting for you after class at Remedy Holistic is an added perk to a already amazing studio.

Red Deer Hot Yoga, an exquisite and essential Yoga Studio, nestled in the heart of downtown Red Deer. With no yoga experience, I felt such warmth (ha ha) and welcoming from all staff members. They truly love what they do. Their Yin Yoga class has surpassed any relaxation massage I've ever experienced. I have Rheumatoid Arhririts and it has been a life saver for my health. I can't recommend this place enough. Please go, try every class, I promise you will fall in love. Health is Wealth. Xo

I have been going to Red Deer Hot Yoga for a few years now. Was actually my very first yoga experience! I think I went everyday of the month for the first month! And have continued ever since!! It is BY FAR my most favourite place to do yoga and actually spend time at in general! The teachers are beyond amazing, and the classes are the best! I cannot wait to get back next month and spend my time there!!!<3 Red Deer Hot Yoga <3

Red Deer Hot Yoga
By far the best studio in town. I love everything about this place. The atmosphere is amazing, you can't help but feel relaxed and at home as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone there is always smiling and helpful. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and it rubs off on you. This place is truly a gem of Red Deer and would strongly recommend checking it out.
