Took my RVR in to Pacheco Auto Body after I was side swiped, initially because their body man, Matt, is in my opinion one of the best in town. I worked with him prior at another body shop, and when I learned he’s at Pacheco I knew where I had to go to get a perfect and straight repair because I know the level of work he does. That’s where I met Tiago (the owner) who is an extremely down to earth and stand up guy as well. Easy to get along with and great communication. As a team they went above and beyond my expectations and repaired my vehicle without a trace that there was ever any damage. Very good atmosphere and welcoming, they’ll take care of you as if you’re family. Having worked in a different body shop for years myself, I was able to get a tour of the shop and I can say the shop and paint booth are both extremely clean, and taken care of. There was no dirt in the paint, no blemishes, it looks better than it did from the factory. I got the vehicle back clean inside and out as well. I highly recommend them for any body or paint or collision work you may have with any vehicle.
