Briefly... what you need to know: kind of slow, difficult parkinglot with really rough entrance. Very polite staff and the orders are right.The novel below:Generally slow. Used to be really slow in the past. They had one young guy working the window and he was lightning fast and accurate, but he probably quit because he got tired of doing everyone else's jobs for them.Their parking lot is three-quarter ways stunned stupid making jams really badly when the employees decide they prefer to move in slo-mo or not at all that day along with how many people in this area drink Tim's coffee. It's almost like the fad here. They close really early sometimes. Tried going at 8pm one evening and they were locked up tighter than a drum. However, the employees are very polite making it difficult to say anything sometimes lol! They are nice and the lines are big. Coffee is as good as any other and I never had a problem with their food.Sorry for the HUGE novel but considering how few times I hope to get a coffee here with a less than 15 minute line to wait in, I figure it's justified.

A full 20 minutes in the drive through line. There really isn't an excuse for that. Sunk cost fallacy and morbid curiosity kept me in line.To be clear: it wasn't a crazy, out-onto-the-road kind of line, and my order at least was simple. I only decided to stop in because I wanted to find out if they could sell the biscuits from the breakfast sandwiches on there own.I thought about one vs two stars, and went with one star because with fast chain type places, it's really more of a recommend/dis-recommend thing. Anyone reading this already knows what a Timmies is, and I don't recommend this Timmies.

This Tims is the WORST location EVER! They never have anything on the menu or they mess up the order. Examples: no cold beverages last summer, today gave me only two flavours of Tim bits when I ordered assorted, got bagels with no cream cheese, often times they don’t have half the stuff on the menu. Just the worst location EVER! Oh and they drive thru ladies are so rude half of the time.

Normally, I love this Tim Hortons and come to it all the time but today.. Today was not as expected. I recieved my bagel mostly okay except it wasnt cut. This is fine but I would rather it cut, i asked the lady at the bread station very nicely to cut it and she handed me a butter knife very rudely and with the knife end facing me. Moments later as Im sitting very few feet away from her, She startes mimicking me and talking about me as if im not there. She then starts yelling at coworkers and talking down to everyone in store. Made me very unhappy and uncomfortable.

Thank you to Kathy and Jackie for making my mornings more delightful. You both are absolutely amazing at customer service.Most of us Love to start everyday with a Tim Hortons beverage. If you suffer from any form of anxiety or have an elderly loved one you want to enjoy a Tim Hortons coffee with. Then, enjoy a Decaffeinated coffee from Tim Hortons. They, are just as great as the regular original blend.***Thank you to All Tim Horton franchises for still keeping up with the covid 19 masks and protocols, despite it becoming optional.Thank you for caring for everyone health!

Probably the best Tim's in St. Thomas for the friendly staff and women who have worked there for many many years. It can be extremely busy at all times. Only late night will be quiet but will still have traffic

It's very disappointing to know that someone served me this burnt bagel. If I wanted to burn my bagle I would of done it myself. I have been getting my coffee and sandwiches from her for 4 years. It's sad to see this happen. It's a very simple fix don't be lazy and don't serve burnt s**t....
