Awesome! Drove in from out of town and my car broke down. We arrived there at 4pm on a Friday. They were working on other vehicles but still made the time to look at mine. Said that they could fix it that evening. I was with a girlfriend on a girls trip and I was offered a ride to my hotel to check in and have some wine while I wait. They then offered to pick me up to bring me my car when it was completed a few hours later. They stayed late just to fix my car as well. AMAZING!

Big thank you to Jones Boys Auto! Right at the start of our Roadtrip we experienced bad brake vibrations on hills outside Osoyoos in our rental van!!! Rental company was pretty useless with any help but said they could reimburse any mechanical work. Made it to town & our hotel safely. Called shops first thing & Adam was able to squeeze us in for a quick inspection. Confirmed it was warped rotors. They were able to fit us in that day. Nice & handy to downtown parks and the lake while we waited. Super quick turn around and friendly staff! Thank you Adam Sam & The Dad for getting us on our way!!! No more vibrations or vrake problems. Plus the tips on how to gear down in the mini van were super helpful!!! Something the rental company never even mentioned & is not very ovbvious in the controls.

No amount of praise can come close to how I feel about the service I have received here. They are honest, quick, and priced reasonably. Their customer service is incredible- you don't feel like just another customer, Sam and Adam are amazing. I highly recommend Jones Boys.

Having driven up from the coast for business I had a mechanical problem with my cadillac. I had a feeling of what it might be and walked over to the first shop I saw. Met Adam and he was very knowledgeable !! He helped me without waiting . -- reset my computer -enjoyed a laugh and refused any payment. makes me love small towns yet I know this is about people not the town . Hopefully we solved the issue and I get back to the coast safely . If not it wasn't because of the kindness and honesty of the Jones Boys Automotive shop!! Thanks ! Al and all staff of Pacific Living Interiors !!

Had some issues with a motor mount during a road trip; stopped in to see if we could get the jeep in for a swap of parts. Shop was fully booked, however instead of turning us away, offered a timeslot with the use of their jack. They also helped push the vehicle when we needed an extra hand. 10/10 would recommend!

These place is great.On my last road trip to Osoyoos my Porsche started making a funny squeaking noise. I was worried that this noise was going to become more expensive the louder it got. So I panicked and took it over to Jones Boys early the next day. Was greeted by a friendly young lady. She stated that they were super busy. Which they were, based on the volume of cars in the garage. However, she said that she would squeeze me in just make sure there wasn't anything major with the car.The mechanic (who is also the volunteer fire chief for Osoyoos!!) was very friendly and professional. To make a long story short he looked over the car and said it wasn't a major issue and would be fine to get back to Vancouver. Plus he fixed a loose inner wheel fender for me.So thankful for them to get me in as every other place in Osoyoos was overbooked. In and out in under an hour.Very good rates and super friendly! Recently on our way to holidays in Osoyoos,we experinced engine troubles. We were referred to the Jones Brothers by a local friend. They were very frank & honest and though fully booked fit us in immediately.Very knowledgeabke,friendly,high quality of workmanship and fair pricing.Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent mechanic.

Fast reliable hard working mechanic's. I take all my automotive concerns to Adam. Rick and Sam are awesome too!
