Miss Margaret's - Take-out Kiosk

Miss Margaret's aka Starbucks, it is inside of Harrison Hot Springs Resort hotel lobby, coffee is pretty good. Varsity selections of coffees, cookies, sandwiches, juices etc just like Starbucks. Staff were polite they even made a hot chocolate less hot for our kids. Americanos was pretty good I love it. Definitely I'll be back

Staff are unkind and inattentive. Coffee were leaking under the lid even if the coffee cup was sealed with lid. Maybe their coffee cup&lid have defect. I asked them to give coffee holder, and that holder didn't fit my coffee. They put pretty small amount of espresso shot. This is coffee flavored milk, not coffee.

This is not a very friendly place. The staff are extremely rude and look like you’ve bothered them when you came to order. They shouldn’t even have that place opened. They sell starbucks coffee that is so poorly made and way overpriced.

Coffee, tea and light refreshments. Limited seating. 6 seats available only. Before covid many more!. Dark, needs more lighting

This is about a cashier at the Starbucks in Harrison hot springs hotel named Susan. My husband and I were lining up to grab breakfast before our kayak tour, and there was a Caucasian couple ahead of us. I’m not sure where they were from, but I could tell that they had a foreign accent. Susan was very friendly towards them, and provided them with great service. However, when it was our turn, her attitude changed drastically, as if I had said something horrible to offend her. I am not from Canada, I am of Asian descent and came here as an adult, so naturally, I would have an accent. I have never experienced such rude behaviour from any customer-based service staff. She would intentionally make me repeat what I said, and stop and stare at me until I do. When she repeated my order, her tone was extremely rude and hostile. I have no idea how someone like Susan can hold a position in the customer service industry. I don’t want to make this a case of racial-related incident, but it seemed very odd to me why the Caucasian couple ahead of us received such friendly service, and the complete opposite for us. We will wait for a reply from the manager.

To use ‘Blue Diamond long-life Almond’ milk (as delicious as it is on its own or outside of coffee) is cheap, a rip off and quite offensive to use as a plant-based milk alternative for a latte. I’d also suggest for the owners trying this and realize it burns, you need to use a barista style which is fairly obvious.

Went here on a Saturday around 1pm, they had only a few items on display (nothing like the photos that drew us in) the service staff didn’t acknowledge us, We left and went elsewhere.

Opens the earliest of all coffee shops in Harrison Hot Springs (7am). Serves Starbucks coffee but can't use the Starbucks points. Delicious freshly made gourmet bakery items. My M & M cookie was still warm from the oven. Only one entrance and exit preventing full Covid-19 social distancing requirements. Staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff and what an excellent view for a quick coffee. The coffee is Starbucks so that’s a plus as well.
