Mint Smartwash

My experience so far has been awesome despite some unfortunate incidence i experienced. I called the attention of the personnel and told him how my driver side mirror was broken, it keeps pulling it out of position whenever i wash until the mirror was cracked and i replaced it. Since then i usually fold my driver's side mirror before entry. I also noticed scratches on my glasses.the rear glass is not always cleaned properly.RegardsJubril

worth the monthly membership with the truck &. Our toddler requests 1 car wash a day so very convenient to drive up and scan through super quick without paying or anything just make sure if you sign up online to go into the office and get your scanner placed on your car dosent say so on the website(?) so we just waited for it to be mailed. Lol was sorted out the employees are nice! Photo of the guruntee sign cause I think that's pretty decent to offer; the wash is overall pretty good too!

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff, they were attentive and friendly. The vacuum area is great and the vacuums work so well, car came out very clean, my tires have shined for probably a week already. The facility is awesome, probably one of the best in the city! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Love the first wash is free - great wash, did a good job on my vehicle, nice and clean, love the free vacuum, just not happy with the mat washer - it’s not adjustable, and my Jeep mats don’t fit, so couldn’t use it.

If you're looking for a quick and easy way to get your car looking like new, I highly recommend Mint Smartwash. This place is fantastic!First of all, the entire process is incredibly convenient. You simply drive your car into the wash, and the system takes care of the rest. There's no need to get out of your car, which is great if you're short on time or just don't feel like getting wet.But convenience doesn't mean sacrificing quality, and that's certainly not the case with this car wash. My car came out looking absolutely spotless, with every inch of it gleaming in the sun. The brushes and sprays did an amazing job of getting rid of all the dirt and grime that had accumulated on my car over the past few weeks.In addition, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood the different wash packages available and helped me choose the one that was right for my car. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the service before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about Mint Smartwash. It's quick, convenient, and gets the job done right. If you're looking for a great car wash experience, this is definitely the place to go!

This is definitely one of the top 3 car washes in Regina. My one trip has left my car shining for over one week straight.My experience here was amazing. However it was not perfect.There are so many reasons why I’d recommend this car wash.So here’s an honest review:- This service offers monthly subscription for unlimited car washes. (But your subscription is tied to only one car.)- The tire / rim wash cannot be compared to any other automated car wash in Regina. Your tire / rim is left shining for at least a week.- There are about 17 vacuum stalls, drying towels bins (clean and dirty) for each 2/3 stalls and mat wash for every car wash. ALL FREE SERVICES (No other gas-station / automated car wash has all these services free in Regina).- The staff were friendly and were able to answer my questions when asked.Now the problems-- While it was advised that every one used about 5 minutes it was hard to keep to time and made it difficult to find a spot to park and vacuum. It would be good if this was a timed service. Maybe the use of a one time token to start the timer would be good. Also the mat washers were located in a separate area from the vacuum / air spray which isn’t too convenient.The major problem with my experience however was that the pressure on the washer spinner seemed to push down firmly on my wiper blade which caused a crack on my windshield.I do recommend it however.

Pretty unhappy! It was my first time trying Mint. I chose the pricey but worth it if it works ultimate package that was $25 with tax. I did not get a receipt (my mistake). I saw other peoples cars getting some kind of windshield spray before being sent in. I did not get it. I wondered why but proceeded as directed. The car wash went fine. I got out and headed away as I was pressed for time. I soon realized there was a lot of bug guts still on my windshield. If not in a rush I should have turned around and gone back. Once at my destination I found the grill still had lots of bugs in it. The rear of my car still had dirt on it. It was dusty when I got there and the wash mixed with the dust and was on the trunk and bumper now as mud/film. I wish I had taken a receipt so I could have gone back and complained. For the most expensive automated car wash I have ever had I could have done better spending $6 at a hand wash and saved my anger and frustration. This was my first time here. It is definitely my last.

Their Club Mint is a great value... IF you have a credit card. Debit Visa doesn't work, you can't pay for it in cash or with regular debit in person. You can buy prepaid wash cards, but they're a much higher up-front expense. It's a shame, because their wash does an excellent job.Edit: apparently the owner doesn't actually read the reviews all the way through, because they suggested that I prepay for one of their three-month wash card things. Cool. In my review, I said that option did exist, but it's a much higher upfront expense. What if I don't want to drop a few hundred dollars on car washes right now? Seriously, guys, take your customers feedback seriously and don't give them canned answers that aren't helpful.

Great facility, the staff are very polite and attentive. There is complimentary towels for drying and dashboard wipes. The vacuums are very powerful and there is a compressed air to dust the nooks and crannies.They have an automatic machine to wash the matts.It didn't fully clean the bugs on the first try, told them and they sent the car for a rehash.Overall pretty happy with the service, this is the best an automatic car wash could possibly offer. Anything beyond this you got to take it to a detail shop I guess.
