The food was okay as usual but the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. One toilet was full of “stuff” and had obviously overflowed and had not been cleaned up. The staff bathroom looked like it had been vandalized - the top of the toilet was missing and the soap dispenser was ripped off the wall and siting on the lip of the sink. Super gross - priority #1 should be cleanliness especially in customer facing areas! I would have never eaten here if I’d used the bathroom first.

They open At 8am Walked in at 8:30 said that I had to come back at nine for whatever reason pretty upset. I had to come back out after opening to get some food.

The staff were polite and friendly, store was very clean! Only thing was, when she pulled our subs from the toaster, they were still cold... I think they forgot to hit the button. All in all, very good!

Subway Martin Street doesn't follow directions. Than tried gaslighting me that they did the order correct.I ordered a pizza sub with Xtra marina and BBQ sauce, They did put some weird oily sauce that made me throw up. I wanted a refund and they refused. I didn't want a new sandwich because I don't trust they wouldn't spit in it.Add you can see in the pictures there is no marina sauce and no BBQ sauce. On the plate is the weird sauce they chose to put on without my consent.Do not shop at Martin Street subway. They will ruin your food.

I am a avid Subway lover, been to many locations around the country, and this one was the best sandwich I have had. Great ratio of veg to meat, as well as the freshness and crunch of the vegetables was amazing. Sandwich artists did not flood my sandwich with sauces like other locations do, very well done.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt through skip the dishes and asked for ranch and mayo on it. My sandwich came with chicken nuggets on it, no bacon and no sauce. I have been ordering this exact sandwich for years and never has it looked or tasted this horrible. Extremely disappointed!

This restaurant actually listens to what you want and has all of the meats available. I have been told several times from the Walmart Subway that they don't have rotisserie chicken, and they still messed up the subs we did settle with. I think I'll stick with this location from now on.

I always order online to pick up, however there’s always something wrong with the order. This time however, the girl was on her phone so after 20 minutes waiting for my order, I go to pick up and she hadn’t even started it. Didn’t say a word to me but acted like I should’ve waited to come? The app said to pick up 20 minutes after ordering, which is plenty of time considering there was no one in the store when I got there.. I’m not one to leave mean reviews but enough is enough from this place and the people who prepare my order :(
