Do not go to this place. I have my phone battery replaced and my back camera was perfectly working fine and when the repair was done it was damaged and not working. They will swap your original parts with FAKE and FAULTY parts. They will just say SORRY and doesn't do anything about it.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I brought my Pixel 3XL in for a basic screen replacement and the tech did a fantastic job. Unfortunately upon opening the phone the finger print scanner on the back was damaged but after ordering a new scanner (no charge) the phone was put back together and everything works perfectly. All communication via the online chat was also very fast and easy. Thanks!

After a month of trying to fix my phone by trying many cables, visiting Best Buy, and calling in a Huawei associated tech company I happened on iTech. After I explained the problem to Ali over the phone he invited me to his store and fixed my P30 Pro in 20 minutes. Wish I had known about iTech earlier. Will be recommending Ali and his iTech repair shop to me family and friends.

I've had four repairs here (two iPhone and two android) and each time I'm impressed with the dedication to do the job right. Prices are competitive (especially compared with Apple certified places) and generally the repairs were done in under half an hour. I won't take devices anywhere but itech now.

Excellent customer service and honest folks. These are new owners and provide excellent value for money. The UBreakIFix store also on Avenue Road suggested I toss away my broken Pixel phone and acquire a new phone as the speaker and mic had stopped working. I got a second option from iTech Wireless who repaired it by the next afternoon. The customer service above board. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Came here with a cracked screen and broken charge port on my iPhone 11. The guy working the counter war friendly, quickly analyzed the issue, gave me a price and a time estimate for repair. Replacing the screen was $165 and the charge port was $30. Came back 45 minutes later and it was all done. No issue so far, pleasant & quick service, no complaints!

Got my phone fixed here before and they stole $90 worth of housing pieces from my iPhone when I went in to get a screen fix. REALLY SHADY BUSINESS. On top of this, they take forever to fix anything (had to go back 3-4 times afterwards for issues) and charge ridiculous prices.Only found out because I went to a place down the street and they let me know why my phone wasn’t working the way it was supposed toMade a review years ago and the owner tried to discredit me. Incredible to see an owner try and cover up their awful practice rather than take accountability for something.
