I believe we dealt with Dianne, super friendly service and a thorough walk through of their complex and units. We fortunately had family offer to store our possessions later the same day after signing up for a unit and they were super understanding and refunded us same day. Also lots of great moving supplies here.

Great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they gave us many options for locker sizes and locations. Both indoor and outdoor access is available, which was nice to choose from. The facility was very clean and secure.

Horrible service by the main manager and g.m. others working there were very nice . Was told by the g.m that he would give my daughter a break and only charge her for 2 weeks later charged the whole month.was told to come back the next day by the friendly staff to speak to the manager. Upon doing this the manager had no idea what customer service is. Was very very rude. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this location.

We have used the Langley location multiple times over the years for storage of excess stuff between moves and for business use. The staff is friendly and super helpful.They have various sizes of storage lockers and keep them dry and very clean. A well maintained complex. Be sure to check them out if you are looking for storage in the Langley area.

The staff at this location are exceptional. I spoke with staff inside the office and outside the office and they were able to help me with all of my requests. They met all of my needs, wants and expectations when it came to being a public service business.The facility was VERY clean and their COVID-19 related practices were very respectable and I felt like they cared about my health and the health of their customers in general.The video camera system they use here is really good.

I called every other self storage service in the area and this place had the best rates by far. It's also very new and very secure and the after hours access times are much better than their competitors. We only used the service for 2 months but we will definitely come back next time we need a unit.

Transferred my storage locker from Coquitlam to Langley as I moved and the people at the storage depot were great. Aside from the sign in process they were quick informative and pleasant. The storage lockers were clean easy to access And the best thing is that their hours going to the locker has extended hours which my previous storage did not.

I stopped by here to pick up some moving supplies for decluttering and was able to get what i needed at a reasonable price (dish box, packaging paper, bubble wrap). The office admin clerk (Chita?) was super friendly and helpful and even offered to carry out the supplies to my car as I was pregnant which was very kind :)
