They are the worst of all.If I could I won't even give them a star.I spent about 2000 dollars(yes, I know) here over a year because i trusted them. Yet they didn't even put the tire back on right (after a effing TRIP CHECK!!) consequently my tire fall off in the middle of high way after 5 hours of driving which cost me over thousand dollors on the road. And I will have to change my tires that was only changed a month ago.I called them to confront, and they say they cannot be sure why would tire fall off. They changed break disc and ware the last one to put the tire back on. But cannot be sure why the tire would fall off. Four mechanic I had to visit during my trip confirmed that it was them who made the mistake and put my life in danger.Also after the trip check they told me that my car frame is crooked and it is not fixable and sell my car right after the trip but will be ok for trip. (And recommended to get the car safty proof from canadian tire because they wouldn't caught it) Turns out it was just controlling arm and need to be replaced. (The faulty controlling arm was previously changed by them)Well if you really don't care about your quality of life and money, and would like to risk your life on the road. Go ahead. Use this location.But let me tell you.The reason why mechanics have bad reputation of rippng off customers is people like them.

The worst customer service ever! Frank is rat and is not a good or honest man. Completely scammed me for my money after agreeing on something. You can also see the other reviews (that actually say good things) about this place are fake made by the people that work here! That shows you have scuzzy they really are.

You made an error on the inspection report and it was impossible to transfer the car at Autopack. The buyer came from Steinbach city to bring the car and he is chasing me. The only one problem is the wrong inspection report which was released by you!!!. However you've closed the shop and didn't answer on your represent phone. I am afraid that my buyer leaves me. Please contact me right away!!!

Inexperienced mechanics. Gave a wrong diagnoses on my car. The price i was quoted for the repairs was ridiculous, so i did not opt-in for the repairs immediately. I took it to another mechanic hoping to get a better quote only for them to confirm that the car was working well. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Good place to go, tune up and tire change went proper. Customer service was good as well. Mandarin speakers here

BOUGHT A CAR. THEY DID THE SAFETY. (conflict of interest???)DID NOT CHECK BRAKESThe car is likely post minor accident- They don't know anything about it-It was in a good shape from the outside(alignment was noticeably off which they corrected somehow) and I have had that same car before, so I bought it. Got home. There was a strong burnt metal type smell from the back wheels. Rear driver side brakes- One caliper pin totally seized and rusted. had to use a hammer. Rear passenger brake: one caliper pin totally seized and rusted. Took half hour of pounding with 10lb hammer to get it off. Brake pads were stuck and rusty on both sides and I had to hammer those off too. NOT SAFE.I did not get to the from brakes yet, but I have more hope that those will be better. They did say that I can bring the car back for them to take a look. Would I trust them with fixing my car..unlikely. Cutting corners big time(they have cut corners on a few minor other issues which are standard at other private car dealers).My wife with little child travels in that car and I told them that before I bought it. I very rarely post reviews, but this is a safety issue for many in the future..they shouldn't cut corners on brake safety.

Scam. I paid $300 extra for a car i purchased from them. When i phoned because both of the catylitic converters failed after owning the car for less than a year they denied that i bought any kind of warranty and didnt offer any way to fix it. This damage is estimated at $5000 for the converters plus it needs a new Y pipe exhaust because the bottom is covered in rust. They also fake safties, the car I purchased was saftied on the day i came and picked it up.

Super service from Peter! The operator was helpful as well. Complete mobile service including getting into car, key cutting and fob programming. In my case I decided to go with 3 keys because I'd been driving around with one. And the situation caught up to me. It is what it is. All done in 20-30 min.
