Staff have been friendly on follow up visits, but I did have to correct them on their flyer prices.I bought a tool based on their advice which did not work for the job. I came in to return the now used tool hoping they would accept some responsibility and buy it back to sell it at a pro-rated price, but they just quoted policy and pushed the tool back at me.I realize they aren't running a rental service, and were probably skeptical of my day old story. However, I expect better service from our small local/chain stores, especially if they can't compete with the large chains on price.

Not impressed with service, friendliness.They won’t try and source unusual parts.If they order incorrect parts, they make me feel like it’s my fault.I deal with Napa exclusively in Calgary, very happy with Napa there.Allied Distributors found parts I was needing, friendly and happy to provide great service.Mitch, Mobile Mechanic Calgary

I called this location looking for a few parts for my car. After telling the associate on the phone what i was looking for, he helped me find the parts. I then asked him to confirm that these parts would work on my car. He did.... I got the parts home and none of them were applicable to me vehicle style. Over all i say FAIL.
