I went to renew a passport and it took less than 30 minutes. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. What a great experience. They sure made my day.

I had an appt at 2pm for passport renewal, I showed up at 1:45pm and my application and process completed by 2pm. Staff is very knowledgeable and promptly responded for all my questions and concerns. I couldn’t believe my application processed within 15 minutes.I had a best and pleasant experience in this Service Canada location. Kudos to all the staff members including the Security Guard. She was very friendly.

Worse experience EVER...the staff would rather speak to each other than help people out. Answering my simple questions with questions and MAJOR ATTITUDES. It was bad enough that j made a complaint. I never write reviews but Holy...so unprofessional!! The place was empty both times that I went in there. It's no wonder. Second time in. Never again...would rather drive to Haliburton where the staff makes you feel at ease and is very helpful. Unbelievable

Great experience! Went on a Friday afternoon to apply for my daughters passport and was in and out in under 10 minutes. No line and very friendly staff.
