Honestly am blown away by the clinics ability to ensure you feel comfortable and are well informed in their procedures! I learned so much about the treatments I was receiving and felt so confident in Eyrin, Dr. Mander and the staff! I can't recommend their clinic enough. Looking forward to being their new patient and taking this skin care and beauty journey with them!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The beautiful atmosphere and clever marketing do not make up for the lack of experience and tone deaf customer service. I've had better results for a third of the price. Buyer beware.

I’ve had Botox done by countless practitioners all over the world and Erin is the BEST! She is masterful, graceful, hysterical and incredibly good at what she does. I’ll be with her until my dying days!

The practitioner that does the Botox at this clinic is very precise and doesn't overcharge I highly recommend this procedure. However, I have also had other treatments at this facility, including laser, hair removal, roughly 5 to 6 times, that gave little to no result, and one treatment I had once at another clinic after the fact that completely vanished my hair. I think the quality of tools that they’re working with for hair removal is not quite adequate and was a waste of my money. Their micro needling procedure was very effective and I would recommend getting it done. However, if you are the type of person that likes to book online, and move your appointment around as your busy workday schedule changes for your extracurricular activities, I was scolded by an employee for doing so. The reason was that I interrupted her income flow by moving my schedule around. I don’t think they are a busy enough business that doing so made it difficult for someone else to book online. To me booking online allows customers to have the freedom to move their appointments without canceling, as most places will not let you move an appointment one or two days before the booking date anyways. The employee claimed that I would cancel online last minute, and not show to scheduled appointment, which is not even an option through online booking procedures. I never not showed up for an appointment, but was late for one appointment due to trouble finding parking in their new location, it was also very unaccommodating, and to be scolded for being a customer that had frequented their business with little to no results in treatments. The appointment was booked for hair removal but the employee refused to perform it as she suspected I could be tanning. I understand the concern for burns and assured it I had not been. But she agreed with me and refused service. If my word wasn’t good enough that I had been working 100 hours per paycheck and more and had no time to be in the sun then I can only imagine the employee had such a distaste for me that she just didn’t want to perform treatment. She should have just canceled my appointment then instead of wasting me time. However in retrospective she saved me money because the treatments don’t produce results anyways. She was very inappropriate, and there are much better and other welcoming places in Nanaimo to go to that will welcome your business.

This was the second time I visited this beautiful establishment. As soon as you walk through their door you are walking into a bright, clean and relaxing ambiance. The staff is friendly and energetic and knowledgeable. I received treatments of lip filler and Botox and was highly impressed with the outcome. It is very natural and subtle, exactly what I asked for. Eryn is well trained and puts you at ease as soon as you sit in her chair. I have never been more impressed with spa treatments as I have been here. I will absolutely be back for future visits. Good Job!

Best spa ever! I’m so grateful I found Alchemy Beauty, Erin did an amazing job working on my previously botched lip filler from another salon and gave me the beautiful lips I was looking for. The whole team is so warm & welcoming and it’s such a beautiful space. My consultation was thorough and the all of my beauty needs were listened to & met. Highly recommend ❤️

Best Medical Spa in nanaimo.The staff is so great and welcoming, it’s so nice easy to book an appointment and it’s a beautiful spa- modern and classy inside.Eyrin, the owner, is incredible. I have seen both Erin & Dr. M for injectables, and they are both very warm and personable - and fantastic injectors! Erin is highly knowledgeable and makes excellent recommendations. She also will steer you away from treatments that won't work for you (no overinjected puffy faces here!)The clinic is beautiful and the staff are friendly and attentive. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! 10/10 recommend.

Hands down the best injectionist I have ever had !!! I swore off Botox and fillers after some bad experiences in Nanaimo. Until I found Eyrin!! She has transformed mine and many of my friends lips that were migrated or uneven, I cannot recommend her enough ♥️♥️❤️
