A great company to purchase a vehicle from. Everyone I spoke to from rdm genuinely cared about me and my experience. I purchased a used pickup from a month ago. They met me at the airport in Edmonton with the pickup. They’ve also followed up multiple times to see how the truck is running. I bought the pick up off auto trader and hadn’t looked at it before purchasing. After dealing with rdm and how the experience has went so far I would trust them to go through the process again.Great people. Great vehicles.

Red deer motors provided the most comfortable car shopping experience I’ve ever had! No pushy sales people! We were allowed to take our time in every single aspect! They were completely fair and reasonable with both trade in value and car payments! They answered every single question I had and when they didn’t know the answer, they went and found out! They also went above to get me additional inspection documentation I wanted! Biggest shout out to Bill! He was awesome to work with!

Being from Calgary, I made the commute to Red Deer to specifically come to this dealership after a couple phone calls I had with some staff members. I had the pleasure of having Bill as my salesman. I have watched countless friends and even a few family members purchase from Red Deer Motors and I have to give credit where credit is due. The owner , Rich, is such a great guy. He fair, knowledgeable, professional and knows how to treat his customers. The finance manager, Andrew, is easy going, very knowledgeable, especially on the aftermarket products and most of all he is professional. The staff at this dealership are not just looking for a quick sale, they are looking for a customer for life. It's places like these that make me love my job. If I ever decided to move back to Red Deer, I would be honored to work with such an amazing team. Great morals, top notch service and above all, unbeatable customer service! Highly recommend!

Rude!!!!I will give them credit that they did give quick response. As a used car consumer I have the right to negotiate a fair price that fits within my budget. I did make a very fair offer based on the research of the same model and lower km car. I did not expect to be basically laughed at and told I just wasted everyone’s time. Best not give your business to people who treat others this way.

Probably the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle hands down. Zero high pressure sales. In fact I was able to loop the parking lot 3 full times at a crawl, then once I had my eye on a unit I was met at the door with a smile and a warm greeting. Darcy is a champ! And was a pleasure to deal with. Melodie was wonderful and super helpful. Thank you both for the awesome service.I think this transaction took all of 2 hours total and I couldn't be more satisfied.
